We stayed at Relais Incantesimo Vaticano for 3 nights (Sep 2–5) and truly enjoyed our time here. The location was ideal, only about a 10-minute walk to Vatican City, which made it easy for us to explore the area and still come back to relax without needing transportation. The room itself was cozy and comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. We especially appreciated the kitchenette which was very practical. It gave us the option to prepare breakfast every morning and cook dinner in the evenings, which made our trip feel more flexible and homely. The bathroom was also very clean and well maintained. The atmosphere was relaxing, and after long days of walking around Rome, it was a relief to have a quiet and restful place to return to. The WiFi worked well, and our host was kind and helpful, making our check-in worry-free. Overall, Relais Incantesimo Vaticano gave us exactly what we were looking for, a comfortable stay with the convenience of cooking, great cleanliness, and a location close to the Vatican. We would recommend it to anyone who wants both flexibility and comfort during their time in Rome.

The location, only 4 minutes or so to the metro and 15-20m walking distance to Via del Corso, Villa Borghese, Spanish Steps. The street is very peaceful and across the street is the Carabinieri Command Group, so it’s very safe. The lift even though is vintage, is very cool and you should try it, it’s safe - don’t listen to the other reviewers who say that its too old or whatever. Also, the staff were great, very nice guys

Not a big problem, but the towels could be changed more often (they are changed every 2 days but we were a family and used them a lot), but other than that everything is just fine.

Thristan couldn't of done any more for us, he was amazing!!! He contacted us before our stay to find out arrival times, sent pictures of the location to make it easy to find, greeted us when we got to the property and explained everything. It was so clean, really good location (we walked everywhere), there is a bus stop right outside of the hotel and jacuzzi was a big plus!!! There was refreshments in the refrigerator! Overall amazing stay and if we ever come back to Rome we will definitely be staying here again!!!

There's nothing not to like!

I had the most wonderful stay, the room was flawlessly clean, very comfortable and nicely decorated and well equipped, there was even a mini balcony. Great value for money, excellent location, the Prati neighbourhood is very quiet and safe, also the metro station is 5 minutes away, but you can easily walk everywhere. The best thing about this hotel are the hosts, the communication with them was perfect and they made me feel welcome from the very beggining, they were all very helpful, attentive and kind, they also let me leave my luggage on the last day so I could say goodbye to Rome, I would love to come back again and would highly recommend staying here!

Everything was more than perfect.

Cleanliness of the property, bed was lovely and comfortable, close to the tourist attracts, nice high floor so little street noise. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Beautiful and hot tub to soak after a long day visiting Rome’s many sights!

Only minor improvements really, it was on a high floor so street noise was minimal but this meant you could hear people in other rooms and in particular the hallway was hard wooden floors so echo and noise travelled into the room. An improvement could be as simple as adding a right walk on to damper the noise!

Very good location. Peaceful and far from the crowded areas but at the same time close to the metro and bus station so everything is available by public transport. There are also great restaurants nearby. We really felt good in this area of the city. The rooms are clean and nice. It feels fresh and good to arrive after a long day sightseeing in the center. I can recommend for 3-4 nights.

You can hear people on the corridor but that was expectable due to the room arrangements. I don't think they can do anything about it.

The hosts were wonderful, so welcoming and helpful and they ran the extra mile for us! They gave us lots of recommendations of local places to eat as well as bars. The suite was impeccably clean and so comfortable, with a beautiful little balcony with a stunning view to the huge courtyard. Excellent location, we walked everywhere from here, not only to the Vatican but also to the center of Rome! Excellent perks and value for money, it was a wonderful experience, we will definitely book our stay here if we come back to Rome.

The hosts were exceptional - extremely friendly and hospitable. They went above and beyond to make us feel very welcome and provided good communication before and during our stay. The room was simple but very clean and had everything we could need for our short stay.

Everything was great. It was a little confusing how to find the entrance to the accommodation, but the hosts were very proactive in communicating and helping us find our way.

Our room was excellent, we felt very secure and comfortable, I felt like I lived there, it really felt like home. In my personal opinion, the location was perfect, it was near a main street with a Tram, near the Metro Station Line A, and walking distance to the Vatican. Line A Metro stops at Termini Station and from there one can connect to Line B and Line B1, that stop at several of the important monuments in Rome.

I loved everything, I have zero negative things to say about this wonderful place. If you want the traditional hotel experience, this is not for you, but if you want to feel like you live in Rome, and have your own apartment, then this is the place for you.

Good location, walking distance to Metro Stations and not too far from the Vatican. Room is spacious, clean and bed very comfortable. Check inlays and staff friendly.

Probably a translation issue on booking.com, under our room description It said "room's standout features are the hot tub and spa bath", the room had just the hot tub, not the spa bath. We're staying in the first room of the apartment and every time people walked in we could hear everything along with noisy steps.
