First, I'm so grateful for your patience, guys, with our super late check in 🙏 The flight had a delay for 4 hours.. I was worring about our accomodation because of it, but you were in touch all the time and so supportive 👍 Super nice place to stay. Wonderful location, 17 min walk to Vaticans museums. Safe area close to metro, morning/day/night feels safe to walk there. Cleaning and changing towels every day, shower set and coffee /tea capsules and fresh cups every day, hot water, comfortable beds, TV, enough space for luggage and put clothes, shared microwave, fridge in the room, table, chairs. And stuff, people!! who really taking care about to make your time in Rome better and easier 😊

Lovely rooms with good facilities in a great central location.. The Delux rooms had a coffee maker, kettle & coffee & tea selection along with snacks & biscuits that were refreshed each day. On arrival there was a bottle of water in fridge. The rooms have a safe & the ensuites had towels & toiletries (which were refreshed daily) & hairdryer. Most have a walk in shower, however, one did have a bath but with only a hand shower. The staff & owner are lovely, very friendly & nothing is too much trouble. They can arrange a chauffeured car to pick up from & take to the airport. Location is good. Only 15 mins walk to the VATICAN. There are a few very good restaurants & daytime cafe (for breakfast/lunch) only 5 mins walk away from the rooms. Central Rome is around 30 mins walk or 15 mins by taxi ... I'd definitely recommend these rooms.

Only slight drawback was some traffic noise only a worry if ur a very light sleeper

There is little I didn’t like. The apartment is immaculate: nice decoration, very safe and very clean. The cleaner comes daily - a real bonus! Marco, the host is a lovely man who helped me organising my stay. I was a bit anxious about the opening of the doors as I’m not into technology… and didn’t want to struggle with a self check-in. Guess what! Marco was there to explain things to me: that was wonderful. It was very easy! He is charming and very professional. Always on a phone to answer to my questions. The other thing is that the location is more like a “business area” and some places can be closed during the weekend. If you arrive at night, you might not find a shop to buy some fresh water. Travelers should then buy few bottles of water before heading to the apartment.

Spotless. Great location. Very friendly staff. Very good aircon. Unfortunately the Wi-Fi didn’t work ( they did try to resolve the problem). The bedroom is at the back, so comparatively quiet. I slept on the comfortable sofa bed in the front room which faces onto a busy road. As I’m a light sleeper, I didn’t sleep well. However, I do accept that all city’s are noisy places, and the apartment does have double glazing. As this apartment is on the second floor, and access is via a very beautiful but never ending staircase, it would be unsuitable for anyone who has difficulty climbing stairs. There is a lift, but it is tiny.

There is nothing wrong with this apartment. It’s with in easy walking distance of the Metro, shops and restaurants.

Room was pretty nice, the bed was really comfortable and there were coffee machine with two coffee capsules, sugar, some biscuits which was nice to have. Bathroom was clean, but shower didn’t have doors (just half of glass wall) so you can expect some water on the floor for sure. They have the Vikey system which means you open doors via the app which is cool. There is a microwave in the common space before you enter the room.

It was literally perfect. It was the cleanest hotel we’ve ever been to. Location is perfect, also the apartment really pretty! I have to say that the bed and the pillows were the comfiest ones I’ve ever seen.

We really liked the hotel. The only thing I can say is that we stayed 3 people so we had the whole apartment that is upstairs. The apartment is really pretty but the toilet is super close to the wall so it was not very comfortable but I understand it is because of the bathroom plan.

Very helpful staff, good location in a residential neighbourhood, very clean, good facilities, easy access to both bus and metro station ( Lepanto), local supermarkets nearby, good restaurants within a short walk. Close to the Vatican (10 min walk), Piazza del Poppolo is also within 20 min walking distance (bus to Pompeii start from here).

Nothing much to not like about Santa Monica Townhouse, the wifi access in the room was a bit patchy.

It was a very clean room with comfy bed, easy acces by code. I choose it because of a very nice location, in a calm and wealthy district. It is close to subway station and if you prefer to walk it is a short walking distance from many attractions. Many shops and restaurants are in the area. I will stay here again next time im in Rome.

This hotel is very close to the scenic spot, and the surrounding traffic is also very convenient. We came to Rome for a tennis tour. We travel almost all year round and stay in different hotels and houses all over the world. I was really impressed by this hotel. The most important thing is that the staff of this hotel are very enthusiastic and provide very good services.

The rooms are a bit dated but I think this is normal in Rome. Rome is an ancient city and the hotel photos, publicity and reality are consistent.

We had a great time at Santa Monica and I think it was the best choice. They welcomed us with some cakes. The room was extremely clean, comfortable mattress for a perfect sleep after a long day walking. Every day they replaced coffee and tea and all needs was there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you Johanna and Francesca :)

All was perfect, just a small notice to think about to add a kind of desk or table with chair, suitable for working with laptop for those that work away from home.
