Great location! Away from the tourist crowds but still within walking distance of all the main attractions (Vatican 10 min, city center 30 min away). Host is available for all your questions; easy self check-in which is very convenient if you arrive late. And most importantly, a very clean room! I would definitely recommend!

A bit outdated furniture, only 2 big towels (it would be good to add some small ones) and no towels racks inside bathroom, but nothing that would really affect your stay :)

Property owner is very responsive for all the questions. I liked everything apart from few things. I hope we have automatic keycard or lock system for all doors as always entering with manual keys is hazzel and every time if one person goes out of room power is not there as keys linked to power in the room. It’s in center and walkable to train station too.

Overall it’s good property but I hope they change their manual keys system to automatic soon.

No english speeling channel on TV, heating not working, balcony space crowded with boilers/heat exchangers and all that junk. Name of the place suggests close proximity to Vatican - 30 mins walk is not that close.

The location is great for tourist: 8min walk to metro, and many bus stations within a 5min walk. The room was exactly as described with a big bathroom. The rooms are located on the first floor, with an elevator. The host is very nice and responsive, helped us with pickup and dropoff to the airport and other helpful info for our trip in Rome.

It was close to the metro station. Host is willing to pick up from airport (for a fee). Clean. Walking distance to Vatican City and Castle St. Angelo. Host communication was good.

A towel had a whole. My pillow was too hard. We were 4, stayed for 4 nights and were only provided with 1 toilet paper.

We really enjoyed our stay in 7rooms. The room was really clean, comfortable and in a great location where we could walk to all of the spots we wanted to visit. Giulio helped us a lot to enjoy better our experience in Rome. I suggest you to stay there.

Everything was great! Giulio offered us a transfer service from the airport for a fee, and it was the best decision. He was very friendly and helped us with useful hints. 😀

A basic standard room. Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly.

The shower was very small, and the bathroom had an unpleasant smell

The location was perfect for what I need as it was close to Forro Italico.

There were not that many shops around.
