1. The location is fantastic: it is walkable to the Vatican and the historical center, but away from tourist crowds. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. There are plenty of places to eat nearby. 2. The building and the room were amazing - thick walls, nice furniture, comfortable bed. The sleep was very good - and I didn't have to turn on air conditioning during my whole stay (end of June!). 3. Everything is super clean 4. Coffee and breakfast

The room didn't have any work desk to place my laptop. I found a workaround, but I guess most people don't come to Rome to spend their day in the room anyways.

Air conditioner did not properly cool last two nights of our 6 day stay. Maybe it was overloaded with more guests staying? Also beds were hard. But that may be normal for European beds. Otherwise, it was great!

Access to the property was odd. Not very clear on what to do to access the property without looking around near a sign with no direction that it was a button on the side of a building and even then no reply for 15 minutes. Was worried that I was in the wrong place or might not of had somewhere to stay for the night!

the hotel is a tiny two star apartment hotel. although the facilities are quite simple and basic, the room was very clean and the receptionist/staff were very friendly and helpful. it is great value for money and the area around is residential but lively. well connected to rome s main sights via metro A, ottaviano stop

The property is just a walking distance from ottaviano station and other bus station and also to the Vatican City. Groceries and restaurants are just downstairs. The room is neat and tidy, a cleaner cleans everyday. we appreciate the fact that the property provides pastries for breakfast and coffee machine available 24hours a day without additional charges.

The room was tiny, very clean. The beds were comfortable. It was about 7 minutes walk from the metro Ottaviano. The morning coffee and pastries were extra comfort for us. We were met by Mrs. Elena. I must say, that she is very adorable, very careful and a nice host. If I could, I would give extra 10 points for her. We are very satisfied with our stay in the hotel.

Very close to Vatican. In couple minutes there are bus stops to catch buses to city centre. Very kind and nice staff. Delicious coffee and fresh croissants 😃

Great location for exploring the city when you basically need a nice place for sleeping or resting. Lots of nice restaurants and cafe‘s around the corner and the Vatican at just a few minutes walking distance. We also liked the free coffee and pastries and the good room size. The owner was friendly and gave us great recommendations!

I felt like this hotel was good value for the money. The room was not huge but had all we needed (a young couple with a baby). And the staff was helpful anytime we asked for something. We were quite happy with our choice.

The only semi-negative is the location which is "ok", you would have to walk 30 minutes or take the metro to get into the touristy part of the city. Not so convenient if you are travelling with a baby as the metro in Rome is not stroller friendly so it was a bit of a pain to go out or come back. Maybe it was just due to our lack of knowledge of alternatives for transport. In general the place was good

Very simple hotel - very good value for money. Small room and bathroom. Very clean and comfortable. The staff were exceptional. Great neighborhood. Close to Vatican and two Metro Stations. Great restaurants and cafes close by.
