A bit like a bed-and-breakfast. A shared kitchen with several other rooms. Breakfast was coffee and a croissant at a little shop down the street. The location was within easy walking distance of the Vatican, museums, and many other attractions. (Google maps on my cell phone was very helpful to get around)

A very minor point. On "Booking.com" the address is listed as, "Via Constantino Morin 1 2 piano, Vaticano Prati, 00195 Rome Italy". I suggest a comma be added between Morin 1 and 2 piano, as I went to building 12 instead of going to building 1 causing some confusion upon arrival. I would also suggest a key box or some other form of gaining entry to the facility without having to contact and wait for the arrival of the hostess from another location.

The room was clean. Bed was nice and comfortable. Bathroom was of sufficient size and clean. Location is good for families. Breakfast includes croissant, coffee and juice.

Once you reach the apartment building, you will be informed that keys are available at another location which is a local shop and at a distance of about 300 meters. Breakfast coupons for a cafe were provided which was at different location at about 300 meters. All this information was provided on phone via chat. If you are coming with a luggage, be ready to carry it along to get the keys.

The location is great and the rooms are confortable enough to the price paid.

Unfortunately, my flight had a delay and the hostess told she would noe be able to wait to much as she had another guest in other place. Does not matter the time the guest arrives, some one need to be there unless you have a rule written on the accommodation's information. Thanks I wait at time otherwise I would need to wait until 6pm with my baggages and my 2 year old daughter.

I didn't like it at all, it was a nightmare to deal with Claudia, who stopped answering my messages when I asked for a room change (to have the room I paid for, with kitchen) and who hung up on me when I asked for the 10€ refund for the late check-in.

My stay with this host was extremely disappointing. They advertised a room with a kitchen at a specific address, but I was given a room without a kitchen at a different, undisclosed location. Cold water greeted me in the shower, and the drain was clogged. The promised Wi-Fi never worked. To top it off, the host charged 30€ for a late arrival without explanation, contradicting the Booking policy. Claudia's customer service was abysmal - she ignored messages when asked to change the room and hung up when I requested a 10€ refund. A terrible experience overall. Do not recommend at all.

The place was very clean and well secured. There was an elevator which came in very handy with the suitcases. I also enjoyed the view from the two balconies. The room was also very comfortable and the bath was nicely designed.

There was a shared kitchen space with only one small fridge and it would have been convenient if the room had a small fridge. Was not too pleased by the bed being in two halves joined together rather than a whole bed.

Great place to stay: 10 minutes walk to Vatican, 30 minutes walk to the centre, a minute walk to z coffee shop where you are served straight from the oven cornettos and lovely coffee (Italian breakfast). the building has amazing old lift - real treasure. The whole place is clean, newly decorated. Great size kitchen with a large fridge. the place looks exactly like on the pictures.

Customer service prior our arrival. When I asked about particular negative comments left by other guests, was told ‘that should look for a 5* hotel’ - my questions were about toilet paper and availability of plates in the kitchen.

near the apartment is only St. Peter’s Basilica other sights are far away. If you like hiking then it's Ok. near the apartment is the metro station Ottaviano.

Nice cosy room. Common area with kitchen. Everything working fine. Good location near Vatican and other main areas of the city. We got the keys from a shop nearby. There's a supermarket and restaurant in the same street.

Do not expect any contact with owners. But it's not a problem with us since everything was working fine.

The breakfast was only a coffee and bread; they have had inform about it in the booking site that we known that we had to have breakfast in other place Also the host charged me by an extra bed that it never was provided.

The rooms are cozy and warm inside a classical Rome building - staying there makes you feel like being a local. Really enjoyable condition. The location is perfect. Very close to Vatican and the Ottaviano metro station. Quiet and beautiful neighbourhood, lots of restaurants, cafes and shops around. Vatican Space owner was reachable throughout the day and during our staying there, and we got prompt answers to all our questions. She even allowed us to check-out a bit later the day of our departure when we asked for it, because we had some special needs.

The period we were there there were some building repair works taking place inside the building. Not a big issue, but there was some dust in the stairs... not inside the rooms. Also, we had some trouble finding the room initially, because of the works - we couldn't locate easily the right door. Obviously, those repairs will finish soon and the building will look even better in the future. Also, maybe the shower water could be a bit warmer - not a big problem - but it could be better.
