Renata, the host, was the very best! If you want a quiet neighborhood with no tourists crowd, this is it. The bus stop, train station, and Vatican City are all nearby. This area was calm and safe to walk in at any time of day or night. There are also several nice restaurants, including La Piccola Toscana Ristorante Toscano a Prati, which we went several times. Renata always made us feel comfortable and cared for, and the breakfast was a great touch! Finally, the room was just as shown in the picture, quite spacious and always clean! Would absolutely recommend. <3

Great size room. Breakfast was amazing- delivered to your door on a trolley and even wrapped sandwiches and snacks to to take out during the day. Really thoughtful- this was very much appreciated! Parking outside was free if you can get in the space- also electric chargers for cars very close by. This was very handy for us. 20 min walk to Vatican and same to the nearest Metro- so quite conveniently located, with some lovely restaurants outside of the main tourist areas that were well worth visiting. Host was lovely- she even let us check in a little earlier- this was really appreciated. Could do enough for us and checked in every day to check we were ok and didn't need anything. Really good value for money- highly recommend this place.

We were very pleased with our stay. It is a little further away from the main city attractions which has its benefits, but you need to be prepared to walk and take public transit for everything (normal in a big city!). The apartment is located in a larger apartment building but the room is spacious for a couple and the bathroom is large. There is a nice balcony as well. Unfortunately it was really too hot to take advantage of during our stay, but it's probably lovely in the off season. We were about a 15 minute walk to the Vatican, and a 12 minute walk to the metro station, which takes you to many attractions. Buses are quite reliable as well from the metro (subway) station nearby. We were also very pleased with the cleaning service and the breakfast. It's really great to wake up to a tray of all kinds of yummy food to start your day. There was always two sandwiches, plenty of breakfast treats (croissants, and tarts), a bowl of fruit, yogurt in the fridge and even milk for the coffee! Plus a BIG shoutout to the amazing air conditioning! We would not have survived Rome at this time of year without it. Thank you!!

The bed has a big hump in the middle of the frame. Although we both slept well on our individual sides, it is very difficult to sleep close. We would also appreciate a few more hooks in the bathroom. Otherwise-great stay!

The location was excellent for our needs. The most significant distance was towards The Colosseum (1 hour 10 minutes walk), but you have so many things in between, which makes the hotel's location fabulous. Also, The Vatican is right in your neighborhood. The room is large, and it is definitely not just a bedroom—it is a living room. The room, balcony, and bathroom are crisp and clean. Cleaning was also done each morning with fresh towels. Breakfast was left at the door every morning. There is also a water machine in the shared area with sparkling and still water that you can use as you please.

My daughter and her boyfriend recently had the pleasure of staying at this exquisite luxury boutique hotel in Rome, and it was an unforgettable experience. The staff were exceptionally attentive, providing personalized service that made them feel truly valued as guests. My daughter had a warm welcoming. It was her birthday(the day she came of age) and the staff welcomed them with a wonderful surprise. Breakfast was delightful and varied. The room was very comfortable, featuring plush furnishings and tasteful decor, along with wonderful views of the city. The hotel's location is ideal, situated within walking distance of major attractions yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, allowing for a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing. Thank you for everything!

We rate our stay as excellent! The cleaning service was flawless everything was clean, fresh, and very comfortable every day. Communication with the host was quick, efficient, and very friendly we truly felt well taken care of. Breakfast was tasty and a great start to the day. The location was perfect close to the Vatican and very well connected to the rest of Rome by public transport. There are also plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby where you can enjoy delicious local food. We are very satisfied with our stay and would gladly come back on our next visit to Rome!

The location was great and well connected. The lady who welcomed us was very friendly and energetic. The breakfast was decent and a nice way to start the day. The room had good facilities, stable Wi-Fi, and a cool balcony to sit outside.

The bathroom didn’t have a fan, so it always smelled bad. The bed was uncomfortable and had sunken spots that gave me back pain. The floor didn’t seem properly cleaned, as our socks got dirty quickly. The room wasn’t soundproof, we could clearly hear the shower from the next room.

Absolutely above and beyond our expectations. Renata and her team made our stay extremely seamless. Breakfast was over and above the normal breakfasts we have had, so many choices. Lots of extras are included in our stay. So close walking distance to the Vatican, easy access to the metro and Rome termini for other main attractions. Restaurants, cafes in mass close walking distance. Couldn't fault our stay. Highly recommend 👌. Well done to Renata great apartment. So cozy and relaxed feel.

What we valued the most was customer approach and super nice communication with Renata. Due to our flight delay we did had check in after 8 pm and Renata waited for us to let us in. Location is very convenient - metro station is close by if you want to reach old center and Vatican is 15 min away by foot. Room is convenient and comfortable, fully equipped with toiletries and water/juice. There was also some snacks in the fridge and tea/coffee with pastries. We did had small nice balcony coming with a room -perfect for breakfast. Size of the room was good for our 2 nights stay. Nice experience, really good value for price paid and extremely customer-centric approach. Very easy communication with Renata over WhatsApp.
