Very nice and convenient location. Very close to the bus station and to the metro station.Also nearby there was a supermarket. Everyday cleaning. It was very helpful that they kept our luggages the last day for free because we had late departure. Pietro was responding instantly to any request.

There wasn't a fridge inside the room. The first day the fourth bed wasn't ready and we found ants on the floor but the next day both problems were solved.

We loved the bathtube with the whirlpool function and receiving the breakfast at the bedroom. The stuff was very very nice. They even gave us two mini panetonnes after we had asked where we could buy them. It was very nice to be able to store our luggage until we needed it after the check out.

We think the room equipment could be improved: - The mattress, that was not very comfortable for a long stay. - A chair for sitting, working... would have been nice to have. - The drawers of the bedside tables were a bit broken.

Everything was perfect!. As a long time traveller and a partaker of some fantastic vacations in my years, I believe that I know a great one when I experience it. This home turned out to be really bright and airy and open and quite comfortable. Easy check-in, nice leafy neighbourhood and of natural light. Nice (shared) kitchen and nice shower with decent water pressure. If you stay in hotels as much as we do, you'll recognize the spare decor, as if the home is your own. Good parking outside the. Nice restaurants and cafes and a big supermarket just 5 minutes away. Finally, no onerous check out instructions, just a simple "Leave it like you found it." Great value, recommended! Communication with the house owners was excellent since they was super friendly and helpful with everything.

The only disadvantage is the distance from the city center but still there are numerous bus stops in the area.

good location (near Vatican, streets of restaurants, grocery market), clean apartment, easy to access it, had air conditioner and heater, and even if the owners does not speak well in English, they tried their best to explain how to enter the room/answered to needed questions. recommend it for couples and singles, specially for short trip. ps. tasty croissants :)

weird door in the restroom (sliding doors, similar to closet's door), no soundproof (you can hear everything what's going in the bathroom while staying in the bedroom).

Comfortable beds, clean, good AC, location.

There was a light with sensor on the first step to room that would turn on every time I turned into my bed. That was very annoying, I had to put a backpack to cover it when it went on. Also the hallways had 3 full laundry bags with dirty sheets that's stayed there the 5 days I was there. That is a fire hazard.

The location is good, near the metro and bus station, but still quiet. Nice neighbourhood. The room is clean and cleaned regularly, towels are changed regularly, the breakfast is delicious.

The lack of wardrobes for clothes, a few hangers in the closet-niche are not enough. The shower battery is broken, when you take a shower, you will definitely wet your hair even if you didn't intend to (twater flows to both the ceiling and the hand shower at the same time). Room is a bit dark, just one window (luckily, we hardly stayed in the room during the day). Poor acoustic insulation, especially towards the hallway. Every morning around 7 o'clock you are woken up by the staff preparing breakfast. The TV from the next room can also be heard too well. Breakfast, although tasty, has only a few possible variations (you can choose juice or cappuccino, the type of filling in a croissant and the filling in a toast sandwich, and so on, every day the same)

From the time we booked this apt our party were looked after, our host Pietro made it an exceptional experience, any questions we had were answered without delay, the self check in was made so easy by the use of a video sent to explain the process, we arrived early but again no problem, Pietro arranged to let us in. Location: 10 minutes from metro once you get your bearings, 20 minutes walk to vatican city, 5 stop journey to main metro station ( 10mins travel) fom there Rome is yours to experience. I can not recommend this apartment enough, if i go back to Rome Pietro will be getting a call. Thank you Pietro and Rome for a fantastic time

I love a cup of tea, put a kettle in the apartment.

The room was everything we needed and in a great location. Not too difficult to get to all the main attractions via public transport or even walking. Many great restaurants to enjoy within a 10minute walking radius and a supermarket practically next door. A great place to come back to and relax after a long day out in Rome. Can't ask more than that really.

Though the iron wasn't strictly part of the room and we appreciated that the host was accomodating in providing us one, the state of the iron was very dirty. Not sure why it wasn't cleaned beforehand and we couldn't do it ourselves.

The room was so gorgeus and elegant We have hydromassage tub and was absolutely perfect after a long day on the streets of Rome The room have all the facilities you need in a hot summer day (AC well positioned, minibar) The communication with owners was perfect, very receptive at our requests ( a bottle of prosseco waited us in the room) The check in was remote, very organized ( wapp group and link to enter in the building/room) We receive a breakfast sheet to choose ( different options) and was delicious The position of location is great, 10 minutes on foot away from undergound (line A) which connect with airport and Vatican ( aprox 15 minutes on foot), also a quiet zone.

The room was big and we connected the couch with the bed so 2 adults and 2 kids had enough space to sleep. The people were very nice and friendly and very helpful! 20 minutes walk from Vatican with the kids and every night we found a parking nearby.

The room is a basic room nothing fancy but no real problems.
