Such a worthy 3 nights stay in this room after a long walk in the touristy places around rome. Every time we came back to our room, it was well cleaned, filled up the fridge with water and juice, and some snacks and coffee milk. The self check in and out instructions are easy to follow and the manager is responsive too. The only thing is that you can hear the other people talking loud and flushing the toilet from the other room but that doesn’t bother us at all. Thank you, we had a nice stay in this room. The Vatican is also walking distance from the accommodation and bus stops are very close to the area and more cafes and restaurants around too. Hope to go back next time :)

Excellent location in a nice, quiet part of Rome, many coffee bars, restaurants and pizza boxes around, easy to reach by metro or a bus, main attractions and must-see places within a walking distance. The room sufficiently spacious for three people, a nice mini-bar waiting for us after a hard day of sightseeing. Check-in was very easy and the beds were large and comfortable.

A wardrobe for personal belongings and at least one more chair (there was only one) would be useful. But that doesn't change the fact that this place was great for a few days stay.

A nice and comfortable appartment located very close to Vatican city and in a beautiful neighborhood. Very clean and stylish. We stayed for one night and we had everything that we needed. Water, coffee and some juice for free. I would choose the same for a next visit to Rome.

The self check in after a long drive didn't work very smoothly. As non Italians, we struggled often while in Italy with a bad roaming network. Meaning that it was difficult to receive certain information for entering the building or finding parking. Since we were already in contact with the owner, I suggest it would have been better to receive this information beforehand. Regarding the parking, it turned out for the best, as very near (30 meters) there is a public parking, so we had our car overnight for only 4euros instead of 25€ for another nearby private parking suggested by the property. Thanks to bad roaming, I didn't receive the message until after I found the public one 😉

The property was very clean, always stocked with chocolates, coffee, tee etc. and was cleaned daily. It is on the first floor. There is a bus stop near by. The Vatican is a 15min walk from the building.

There was slim to non voice isolation, you could hear everything in the other rooms especially the toilet. The location even though close to the Vatican, was at least a 45min walk or public transport journey. No metro in the vicinity.

Ok, good written instructions on arrival, help full during the contact less check in. Nice coffee and tee setup. Only disappointment the airport shuttle they booked for us for 3.45 AM pickup didn't showup, glad i had an Uber account setup

typical Italian breakfast. The cafe' serving breakfast - staff were very courteous, helpful and helped to make our stay a most enjoyable one. The location is ideal. Close to local restraunts, shopping malls and public bus transportation. In fact would tell people to catch bus 70 that basically stops at bus stops near all major Rome attractions - St Peters Square, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Colosseum and many more route ending at Rome main rail station.

TV was not set up for any English channel.

The service was perfect, room was clean and tidy every day, the location is very good, just from 10 mins walk to metrostation and also many good supermarkets are near,everything was considered according to the need of the customer. I want to mention the servant particularly, he is very kind and hardworking person who does his responsibilities perfectly❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️

Check-in was easy, and the hotel manager was easy to contact and communicate with. There was a nice mini-bar waiting for us. The beds were very comfortable, the room was spacious and the bathroom very well-kept. The location was great, and it’a a stone’s throw from the Vatican. Excellent!

Good location 20-25 mins walk from Vatican, quite area. Parking, carrefour express, #70 bus to the center are 5 mins walk. I liked the building, looks like it is only for local people, you can feel different vibe there compared to hotels. Room itself is with everything needed, fresh and clean except dust from AC, TV has smartTV and Youtube, etc.

The room was very clean and the room service was perfect.They were constantly providing us with clean sheets and towels.They kept filling our fridge with waters and juice as well as giving us free coffee capsules and snacks.The metro station was just 10 meters away from the Rooms. 10/10 would definitely stay again.
