Check-in and check-out were easy, I could leave my luggage, too on the last day. The AC was working, everything was clean. There is always someone at the reception and they all speak English fluently.

The AC was set to a fixed temperature of 24°C which was a little too cold for me with 38°C outside. Also you have to ring the bell if you return in the evening/at night and the main entrance is closed. On the first night that made me panic a bit as I didn't know and called the reception (which was occupied though)

In general, I think it was a pleasant experience to sleep there. The hotel is in a great location, the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable with everything needed for a nice 4-night trip. It's not a 5-star hotel, but we were not expecting it to be :) It was clean, comfortable, really close to Vatican City, and, in my opinion, it was at a good value vs. cost. Recommended for those who already travel a bit around Italy and get used to the medium standard. :)

One thing that I can't consider satisfactory is the breakfast, which was rather simple and with a limited offer of fresh vegetables and fruits, mainly sweet options. Nevertheless, we were able to grab something each day of our stay and then have the proper breakfast outside the hotel, as it is located around nice restaurants/cafeterias.

The hotel's location is convenient, close to numerous buses and the metro, as well as walking distance to the Vatican, the church, and St. Peter's Square. The staff is friendly, especially the guys at the buffet. The only exception is one of the receptionists. Local breakfast food from selected regions is available. Delicious. Excellent room cleaning, every day and change of towels too. I recommend.

There wasn't always hot water and a good flow rate.

Great location 10 minutes walk from Vatican, 10 minutes walk from metro and bus stop 30 seconds away. Room on the 1st floor with view on indoor garden/patio. A little noisy in the early morning. Room was small but fonctional. Clean. Comfortable bed. Very good staff.

Room was a little dark and not much privacy when curtains are open as patio view. Not very big but it was fine for me.

I would like to express my great gratitude to the day receptionist! He was not only very loving, polite and open to help, but he gave me the right advice on how to get to the airport for 7 euros and even helped me buy a ticket. I also liked the breakfast. The rooms are decorated intricately, in a musical style. The Vatican is a 5-minute walk away

If you are traveling in warm season, then keep in mind that the rooms are located on the patio, where breakfast will start at 7 a.m., and where you can smoke. The smell will rise into the room. I was lucky, it was cool, no one came out into the yard, so it was perfectly quiet. The night receptionist was a little unkind, but not critical. The mood has not deteriorated

This was located 12 min walk to the Vatican and close to some shops and restaurants. The hotel and room has everything you need, comfy bed, clean room, our room was quite small but fine for our short stay. The staff were pleasant and helpful and it has an elevator. Located on a quiet however dirty street. We didn't hear much noise neither from other travelers nor the street which was good.

This is not the hotel's fault but it located on a very dirty and stinky street as there are large neighborhood bins nearby and there was a dead cat stench when you approached the hotel. Hopefully this is just temporary, once inside the hotel you can't smell it. We noticed this around several Roman streets so it may just be a city issue as there are bins everywhere.

The location is absolute gold - walking distance to the Vatican. So that means you are quite a distance from the Colosseum; but you typically buy a day fare and/or walk through the city to explore. 1. Traveled with family of 4 - couple + 2 kids 7yo 2. The family room was just barely enough to accommodate the two beds - one queen for us and one small-sized bed for the kids. 3. The guys at the reception are very helpful - Jovanni, Marco etc 4. The room was clean, well kept (clean sheets, no leakages etc) and the breakfast was minimal. There was a PS4 in the room - but we barely stayed in the room The hotel has a "musical" theme - had a fancy B&O sound system in the room; which again we barely used...

Was okay as it met our expectations as tourists looking to explore the city.

Pros - extraclean room for our whole stay - amazing staff - hot water - close to the bus stop (70 and 23) and a 10 min walk from metro (Ottaviano) - comfortable bed - fridge in the room - close to Vatican city I would totally recommend the hotel for the price, location and staff.

Contra - same breakfast every day, with a very small selection of food - room is small, but the bed is very big, so this why you have little space to move - water pressure is low

Wonderful staff who couldn't have been more helpful, very clean, excellent affordable breakfast, excellent location with great restaurants around. Quiet at night and great music themed additions to the room- we loved the disco ball in the bathroom! Bottled water in the room and enough storage. Highly recommend.

Bed was quite firm and the pillows were flat but firm, so it was harder to fall asleep. Shower was quite low pressure when on warm.

The staff very kind and welcoming, and pro. The 24/7 open reception. The wifi works well. The location, very close to the Vatican which is perfect for very early visits. The room was very clean. The price was fair (i reserved 6 months in advance)

The bed was very confortable but i was annoyed by the choice of the sheets. I explain myself : the bed duvet was only protected by two layers of sheets (one above the bed duvet and one under) instead of being slept in a specific slipcover. That was my only issue during my stay
