The hosts were exceptional! They accommodated us with a late check-in and even at the late hour still sat down with us to explain the area, reviewed a map of Rome with sightseeing locations to highlight the main attractions of Rome. They were also very quick to respond to our questions via WhatsApp. The property was cute, well-equipped, and comfortable. We liked that the room had two singles and one queen bed. The breakfast area was nicely stocked with simple breakfast foods (cereal, toast, pre-packaged pastries, juices, milk and coffee) for us to prepare each morning. Everything was very nicely organized. The location is very close to a bus stop and only a short walk to Ottaviano Metro A station. It is also only a short walk to the Vatican Museum. Also there is a small convenience store next door, in case you forgot anything.

The shower was smaller than we are used to but still fully functional.

The location of Campanella3 is excellent! It is within a few blocks of the Vatican and in a very nice area. The room was impeccably clean and it has a shared kitchen with a refrigerator with designated shelves for each room supplied with water and juices. There are also breakfast pastries supplied and available for guests at any time of the morning. Our host, Ivan was very friendly and helpful. He took the time to show us where everything was not only in the room but also in the neighborhood on a map. He was available by phone whenever needed. He was very accommodating when we needed to drop off our luggage before returning our rental car. We enjoyed our brief stay at Campanella3 and would highly recommend it to others.

We had no complaints. Some might find the room we stayed in a bit small. There was only room for two and it was perfect for us however.

The location and facilities were good. It is possible to have a nice breakfast with the ones provided for the breakfast, and we added some local food to our meal. The kitchen was enough with its supplies. There were good patisseries, food market and shopping places around the place that were easily accessible. We especially thank Ivan for his recommendations. You don't have to ask your questions; if you wait, he answers a lot more. He made very good recommendations for our trip to the city itself. In addition, cleaning was done every day. Internet speed was good. When you chill in the room, there is a chance to watch the programs you want on the TV such as Netflix, YouTube. The subway was within walking distance and the neighborhood was cozy.

Our biggest fear before going to Italy was cleanliness. We decided to go to this facility after reading the reviews. We really made the right choice. It was very clean. The location was perfect. Antonella took care of us until our airport transfer. She welcomed us very nicely the day we arrived and gave us a very nice Rome guide. We had our breakfast as if we were at home. In the kitchen, there was a special cupboard for our room (full of food), a refrigerator shelf and all the electrical appliances. We stayed in a very nice and quiet area, very close to both the Vatican and the metro station. We were able to go to the busy areas by metro or bus whenever we wanted.

Ivan was an incredible host, we took the incorrect train and it took us longer to get there (our fault) and Ivan waited for us a few more hours so we could check in. He was so polite and explained, every detail from how to use the kitchen, to how to get to the different touristic places. The place was clean and tidy, everything worked as expected. I highly recommend this place, it is very close to vatican city, you can get there by walking, transportation is close and there are close restaurants and local stores. Thank you so much Ivan for the hospitality, it felt like home!

Everything was perfect!

We had a great stay at Campanella3. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped – you can really tell the owners take good care of the place. But what makes it special is the atmosphere. It’s calm, friendly, and feels a bit like home – all thanks to the amazing hosts. They’re helpful, welcoming, and genuinely care about their guests. The location is also perfect – a quiet neighborhood, but still close to the main sights and public transport. Definitely a place worth coming back to. Highly recommended.

If you are looking for a place in a great location, with great hosts, Campanella 3 at Ivan and Antonella is the best choice in all of Rome and the surrounding area. Ivan and Antonella are your friends from the very first minutes of booking. They will help you throughout your stay. Ivan told us literally everything, where and how to visit to make the most of our time. Help also applies to getting to the apartment, you receive a timetable with information on which stations, stops and where to get on to reach them. The apartment is clean, tidy, well connected, and perfectly reflects the atmosphere of Rome. I believe that even in a five-star hotel there is no such service, such warmth and sincere help as you can receive from Ivan and Antonella. We sincerely recommend everyone to visit Rome and stay at Campanella3!

Antonella and Ivan's place is well located which is 5 min walk away from Vatican Museum and the metro station. The whole apartment is morden and cozy, perfect kitchen equipment with welcome snacks, drinks and breakfast options. Our room is quiet and clean that guaranteed a good night sleep which is essential for your trip. Beyond all of those, our hosts are super warm and friendly. Always respond immediately and provide all the information we need way ahead which makes our check-in, check-out quite easy. Early-check-in and luggage deposit are even possible upon requirement and besides Antonella was super sweet by giving us an introduction of the city tour and recommendation of the local restaurants and bars. We are super grateful of the hospitality of Antonella and Ivan and we highly recommend the apartment if you plan to visit and stay in Rome.

Excellent location to explore Rome. Kingsize bed. Kitchenette and fridge available. Fast and stable Wifi available. Overall quiet room. excellent sun protection. Personal welcome by manager. 24/7 assistance via messaging. Daily cleaning and room make-up (including the kitchenette). Good pillows.

Water pressure in bathroom is very low. Moderate mould in shower cubicle. Hot water is rather low in temperature. Included breakfast is self-service and limited to pre-packaged white bread, jam, butter and biscuits.

Amazing stay for weekend. Thanks to Ivan for warm welcoming and his true hospitality, he showed room, shared all important information, provided map of Roma center and recommended interesting places to visit. Room was nice and clean, with daily cleaning and change towels upon request, Ivan made upgrade with category and we had small kitchen inside room with all important inventory and appetizers for all period of stay (milk, juices, jams, cookies, busquets, bread, jams, cornflakes coffee, tea, etc...) Close to Vatican (5 minutes walk) and attractive local food market (3 minutes walk)
