Great stay in a cozy apartments. Clean and convenient. The kitchen was also useful, it was almost always without other people. The district is absolutely gorgeous, with a lot of useful infrastructure around: restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets.

Next time It will be great to see the slippers in the apartments. Felt the lack of them.

Location was great! Super close to the Vatican (about 10 minutes if you know the right way to go, lol) and subway station which we used a fair amount. The beds were INSANELY comfortable (which you want after walking all day, every day 10-30km, yes, that was us!). All within a 1-5 minute walking distance were several restaurants, bakery like shops, gelato shops, and even a Gluten free store in the building just around the corner. A grocery store, the famous Bonci Pizza (10 minute walk), 15 minute walk to Tiber River, about 45-60 minutes walk to Colosseum, Forum and almost any other major site you'll want to see in Rome is within 30-45 minutes away! The host Manuella was super helpful, kind and accommodating helping us to arrange airport shuttle to and from and was always accessible to message and quick to respond. The room was nice, clean with what looked like a relatively new reno washroom. We stayed for 8 nights. The best way I would describe these accommodations is like a large apartment or condo with four bedrooms and a large kitchen/shared eating space. Off of that shared space, each bedroom has its own door that locks with washroom within each suite. (For those wondering, yes the toilet has a seat, the washroom has a door, they do supply toilet paper and the air condition worked great). There are two units like this, one on the 3rd floor and one on the 4th. There is also a little elevator but we toughed out the stairs every time. You have access to a fridge and one shelf will be yours, plus a kitchen with dishes, kettle and more. I literally never saw a single person in our B&B! My husband only once saw someone else in the kitchen, so it was likely having our own place. We rarely even heard anyone else as the rest of the guests were very quiet and respectful of each other. I would highly recommend Tinkerbell to anyone planning a trip to Rome regardless of the length of your stay!

Internet service was spotty in room would loose signal and needed to go to commons area to reconnect. They should install signal buster to insure signal is not lost in room

Located in a lovely neighbourhood, surrounded by cafes and restaurants. Great location to walk to the Vatican. Basic but clean and very comfortable. The hist Manuela is a great communicator and very helpful. Highly recommended.

The owner is really nice and the place is in a really good neighborhood, close to bus/metro stations, Vatican City and a lot of good restaurants, cafes and bakeries.

Comfortable and homey accommodations and very helpful management. Manuela made sure that our stay was excellent and helped us booking a taxi from the airport.

The host was outstanding, the location was great, 7 minutes walk to the metro station, there was coffee shops, restaurants, supermarkets, markets nearby, also the apartment was clean and comfortable. I had a great stay here.

A beautiful room in a beautiful flat. Manuela did a great job organizing and decorating the place. We particularly enjoyed the air conditioning, the shower, and the possibility to store and cook our food in the kitchen of the flat. Manuela also gave us great suggestions for sightseeing, shopping and restaurants in Rome. We will definitely come back on our next trip to Rome.

Nothing to complain about, really. Just a note for other travellers: We came by car and got a few suggestions for parking around the flat. We decided to go with the more typical version for northern Europeans (closed parking with a ticket at the Mercato parking) but the braver ones can try the more classical italian version where you leave your keys with the car to the garage owner. Both are available within 200-300m from the flat.

My friends and I loved every corner of this beautiful place! Our room was comfortable and super tidy. The location is perfect, very close to mostly anywhere in Rome. It is mainly close to the Vatican city and Castello Sant Angelo - they're just 15 to 20 mins by walk. On our first day we also walked to Piazza Di Pietra and Pantheon. One can also opt to use the bus - the bus stations are 1 min away. Apart from these logistics, what we also loved about this place is the warm welcome from the owner Manuela. She's super nice, kind and very helpful. She suggested to us places to visit and where to eat nearby - and we're very happy we took her suggestions. We also messaged her very late in the day to suggest taxis and she immediately answered. We're so grateful for her help. Another imp note to add - Tinker Bell is located in a very safe area. I highly recommend this place!!!! Thanks Tinker Bell especially Manuela for making our holiday in Rome magical ❤️

Nice location close to Vatican and castle st Angelo. Free use of the kitchen, coffee and tea facilities. It was clean and the owner was friendly and responded quickly (although we didn’t see her at all during our stay)

Bathroom was tiny. Curtains are a bit light so in the morning you wake up early
