We (I and my husband Maurice, his sister Dionne and her husband Fitzroy) stayed at Prati, Rome, Italy. Our stay was exceptional...the apartment is very close, as in easy walking distance, to many sights, including all the ones we wanted to see (the Vatican city/museums, Sistine Chapel, St. Peter's Basilica, & others), and a laundromat and a well stocked supermarket are on the ground floor next door (literally next door). Many affordable and charming restaurants are nearby. The apartment is very nice, was cleaned daily, has a lovely coffee machine, an iron, utensils...and the staff are just WOW!! Malliga, Olga, and Gabriel made us feel like family....they made our stay delightful, and we thank them!!

It is a great option for traveling as a couple. The room is not big but it has everything you need. Common areas are clean, there is coffee/tea, juice, fridge and you can make your own breakfast. Very nice location, quiet, with developed infrastructure - shops, cafes, laundry. Metro 5-7 minutes on foot. Excellent accompaniment by the manager (Gabriele is the best). All questions were solved as quickly as possible. Will definitely consider this place to stay at next time

The balcony in this type of accommodation (double room basic) is extremely problematic to use - very small for two people and dirty. It looks much nicer on the photo)

Great accommodation! Greetings to Olga who was really supportive, we enjoyed the chat a lot.

The only disadvantage is the sound isolation: you can hear literally everything what is going on in the lobby, and people can hear you. Not too private for a couple ;)

The location of the apartment was great, a few minutes walk to the metro station Ottaviano, but also a walking distancie from the city center. The room was nice and clean and we could use a well equiped kitchen even with the coffee machine. The contact with owner was perfect - we got all the information needed in a very clean way.

Room was nice and clean just enough space to move around, bathroom is big, gabriele was very friendly and responsive 👍🏻 close to grocery shops and bus stop, very accesible place to stay. Good value for money too

Its just noisy when someone is using water in the toilet, and a very tight lift, Maybe remind guest to not cook something very smelly so the smell wont bother the other guest at night or open the windows while cooking.

- Good location to be. Vatican is 12 mins walk and there is a metro at 9 mins walking to take you to city center. - the area also has plenty of restaurants and supermarket option - Accessible to lot of places

- Did not help us with transfer to the airport on a timely manner leaving us in a hassled situation - Room did not match images, much smaller in reality. There’s just enough space for one person to walk.

Great location, super close to shops, metro and the Vatican. Check in and check out process was so simply. Staff were so lovely, Olga, the housekeeper was so pleasant and patient, cleaning the room to a high standard.

Room is a bit on the small side, was a bit of a squeeze to get onto the balcony. Would also be good to have a fridge and safe in room.

Location is walking distance from shops cafe etc, the rooms are apartment style multi room for separate booking clean private bath with a shared divided balcony

elevator is too small for more than 1 person, iron could be in room, price could be lower for the setup, can have more privacy for same price example i stayed at the Art by Spanish steps for similar price

Great location, walking distance to the Vatican and the bus stop. The apartment has everything you need for a holiday. Friendly staff make you feel at home. Special thanks to Olga for hospitality and excellent work.

Nice and quiet location close to Metro station. Shared kitchen. Flash in toilet was very noisy (I think because of water pump) To have a kettle in the room would improve the stay
