A room, so the equippement was simple, but that's what you know before. Everything was as described. It's central if you can say that for such a big city - close to the Vatican. Metro Stations close by. So are supermarkets, different kind of shops, restaurants... The host was really kind, he contacted us in advance for a smooth arrival. They managed to clean our room earlier as normal check-in so we could enter earlier. There is a cleaning service every day and the will give you everything you might need (fresh towels, fresh bed sheets etc.). The day we left we could leave our baggage until evening! They answer really quickly, when you contact them for having a question. It was clean. There was a small fridge, a table and air condition in the room, apart from beds and wardrobe. The price is truly fair for Rome! I recommend it.

Affordable guest house in an excellent location, walking distance to the Vatican and very close to various public transport routes (bus and Metro stations), making it a great way to explore many sights and experiences Rome has to offer. Staff is also friendly and communicative, which is very important for first time visitors!

Staff was very welcoming and friendly! They were also incredibly knowledgeable about the area. We were given a map and shown where to catch trains and busses. We were also shown where to find good eats. The manager could be reached anytime and was able to help us get from the airport to the room(which was beyond helpful for someone who's never been to Italy!) The room was adequate for our needs. It was clean and quiet. AC worked great. The room is within walking distance to the Vatican and about a 3 minute walk from the metro station that will take you to all the big sites in Rome. It is also close to some very good food spots. Overall, a great stay! Staff is truly incredible and beyond helpful for tourists who don't know their way around. Would stay again!

Bed was kind of hard but that's me being nit picky.

The apartament is located about 25 minutes from Piazza del Popolo - so it's a great location for walking. The metro station and bus stops are very close. The room is clean and comfortable. I also have to mention the wonderful service! The owner, the lady at the reception and the lady who cleaned the apartment every day are very nice and helpful people. I recommend it 100%!

Clean, everything working well and quite big! Has a fridge which is a great addon to a room. Shower works great. Overall good stay.

It is a VERY basic room in an oldish building. The walls are all plywood, so you can hear everything. We had to go knock on next room to ask them to stop talking. Although communication on whatsapp was great until check in, we never saw anyone working throughout our stay, and would be good to have someone to ask about Rome. Location: is not as near the subway as it seemed!

The location was great, the staff very helpful and well communicative. The room was simple, but very clean.

The only drawback were quite a few dustbins located in front of the house and very noisy dustmen collecting the garbage just before midnight and once again at 6 a.m.

Staff was very nice and accomodating. Place was very clean and ready for us and welcoming. Staff also very responsive if we asked questions, needed anything. I would book with them again for sure.

Bathroom shower-so small. But, not sure how much can be done about that:)

Near to Vatican and it also close to the subway

It was difficult to take shower as the water stayed at the shower tray. Property manager tried to use the plunger but it did not work.

Our stay was very pleasant. The property is on the fourth floor but there is an elevator that can bring you there. The room we had was spacious enough (we were with 4) and everything was clean. Bathroom was clean as well and everything worked properly. The room had airconditioning which was really nice because it was almost 40 degrees Celsius outside during our whole stay. There was even a small fridge. The location is very good too. There is a metro station nearby (5 min walk) that can take you pretty much everywhere in the city. In addition, the Vatican is only 15 - 20 min walk away. Finally, the staff was exceptional and helped us find the best way to the property and to the airport when we left.

There is nothing we really disliked about the property. Sure, you don’t get an amazing view of the city from your window for example (which you shouldn’t expect for this price) and the sensor lamp in the hall of our room had a life of its own but that is it. The property has an amazing price/quality ratio!

Perfect location, there is elevator(which was important to us since we were with our grandmom). Very attentive manager and hostess.

I liked everything.
