Very kind housekeeper, comfortable and calm location.

The shower was a bit complicated: water wouldn’t get warm for some time, low pressure and weird noises… despite everything mentioned, it’s working fine, simply some adapting needed.

We had a wonderful experience. The breakfast was a typical Italian one with a lovely cappuccino and a delicious roll. The room was quite comfortable and very clean. We had daily service to the room. The owner helped us arrange transportation to the airport upon our departure when a taxi strike was looming. We so appreciated her help. The accommodation is quite secure and in a quiet neighborhood. it was fairly close to the subway and buses. Probably less than a mile to St Peters. Via What’s App we had great communication both before our arrival and during our stay. Thank you for a lovely stay.

It was all good

The location of this property and the staff are wonderful! The building has been renovated and the staff does a wonderful job keeping it stocked and clean throughout your stay. It’s quiet at night so you can get a good nights rest. The mattress and bedding are comfortable. The courtyard is gorgeous. I had arrived after check in and Maria had arranged a driver from the airport and had my room ready to go. She then greeted me in the morning with pastries and a cappuccino. She shared local hot spots with me and tips if navigating Rome. Truly wonderful experience. I would recommend this to anyone who is traveling in Rome.

Easy to find, fair price, decent hot water pressure. It was clean and the air conditioning was so strong that the room turned into a freezer in 2 minutes. Breakfast included (coffee and a croissant, typically Italian). An easy walk to the Vatican, and a decent-size supermarket round the corner. They stored my backpack for a few hours after checkout, which I was very grateful for.

Room was small but given the fact it was a single one, it was ok for one night. I thought it was a bit closer to the subway but still a comfortable walking distance (probably felt further away because of the scorching heat). TV was very weird and it took a while to make it work (which was important as it was the EURO 2024 finals that evening). The plumbing made some very weird noises when water was running or when you flushed the toilet.

Great location, close to several bus stops, the metro, and Carrefour. The bathroom was small but bigger than I expected. The room was cleaned every day and was generally good. Worth the price.

The room description is a bit misleading; there is no coffee maker or minibar in the room; it’s in the kitchen, so technically there's no problem with that, but if I knew this, I would probably reconsider booking. Also, air conditioning was fighting hard for its life; it was not very suited for high temperatures, probably because it was a little old.

I loved my stay at the comfy airbnb of Mrs. Maria Chiara, who was so nice and friendly to welcome me warmly, with a nice cappuccino☕️ and “cornetto”🥐 even why I had a later check-in then predicted!✈️ The lady was educated in multiple foreign languages, and will also give you Best Tips on how and where to visit Rome, as she was a true Roman lady who knows the city at the tips of her fingers!✨ I liked that the evenings and nights were quiet, as there was nobody walking around or doing house chores.🌙 These were all done during the morning hours by the super friendly Filipina caretaker, who would clean my room, prepare the bed, and most importantly provide us coffee and warm croissants, fresh from the Bakery, each morning!🥰 The insides were cozy, artsy, and the outside building looked pike a piece of art itself, like most buildings in the surroundings!🏢 Overall a very safe area, slightly more expensive, with a touch of aristocratic style on each corner.

WiFi not so strong at my room. I had to go to the common space (lunch room) to get a good connection. Be aware - It’s close to Vatican, but everything else important is further away, however, the house is super close to “Ottaviano” metro station, which I used all the time to go east of the Tiber river, where most sightseeings are.

Very nice location, close to Vatican. We didn’t use any public transport as everything was 45-50 mins walk. The room was cleaned everyday. It was very quite and a neighbourhood with lots of restaurants.

Small thing like mattresses were to soft for us. And also we got tired from the croissants for the breakfast every day, would be good to have the savoury options there.

The purpose of my latest travel to Rome was to participate in a bootcamp organised by Rome Business School, where I do my Master. The location of the property was perfect for me- 20min walk to RBS, 20 min to the Vatican, 12 min to the metro with great connection to the historical center. Walking would be 40-50 min, which sometimes I did. The owner and the staff are great, very helpful and attentive. I loved the Italian breakfast, nicely brought every morning.

internet in the room didn’t have good coverage, however I was siting in the common area to complete the work I needed.

We stayed here for a short break in Rome and it was ideal for what we needed. The room was spacious and clean - It was also cleaned daily. The location of the property is within a short walk to Vatican City, roughly 10 mins. There is also plenty of transport options nearby including the bus and metro. The owner was super helpful and friendly throughout the trip and kept in touch with us. As well as providing us with information upon our request.

Couldn’t be helped and is not the fault of the property however the building opposite the rear of the property which backed onto the room we were staying in is currently a construction site with work men starting work as early as 7am and was quite noisy when trying to catch up on sleep.

We likes everything- everything was super clean, soft good towels, clean bedding, excellent water pressure, AC, silent street. Room looked like a classic Italian bedroom. Host was very open! If we will return to the Rome, hope to came back to this apartment!
