Breakfast was simple but satisfying. Can't really go wrong with ham cheese toasty and croissants. But would have been nice if we had a choice of tea in the morning rather then coffee. Orange juice was also given. There was tea apon arrival of the room. But just had to ask for water refill. Having breakfast in room was a treat for the kids. Communication with the hotel is excellent. The responses are quick no matter when you text them about any enquiry. They tried their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible and answered any questions asked. Decor in the room was nice too. We really appreciated them for letting us check in earlier then the supposed time. They understood we had young children with us and tried to get the room ready for us for our arrival time.

Just one of the mornings, breakfast was made abit too early. Normally you let them know when you are ready for breakfast and they give it to you when you request for it. We had not requested for breakfast yet. But was knocked on the door with breakfast ready. Due to a late night back. It would have been nice to have a little bit longer rest before breakfast was ready. It's not a major problem. But ham cheese toasty always taste nicer when hot.

Just one minor. Despite having a kettle and coffee machine, there are no cups. It is not ideal to make tea and coffee in the 2 glasses provided

A place worth recommending! The staff were polite and communicative. The room was clean and quiet. The air conditioning efficiently cooled the room, which is essential in Italy in the summer. The location is exceptional, particularly for those who want to visit the Vatican. There is a bus stop right outside the building. The metro station is also nearby.

The room was spotless, clean and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The whole room gave a very romantic vibe. We loved it! In the room you have an Nespresso machine, selection of teas, water, juice and something sweet - a thoughtful detail. The room was cleaned everyday. The shower consistently provided hot water, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. The WiFi was reliable. The check-in/check-out was smooth and efficient. The location was great too, a quieter part of the town, bus stop and metro very close. It made it easy to explore.

There was absolutely nothing I didn't like.

Check in was until 23.30 pm and when we arrived before this time nobody was there to meet us. We just got instructions how to get in by whatsapp. I am not sure why it this video could not be sent beforehand. It would have been less stressful for us that we might get late and would not need to take expensive taxi, but other public transport instead.

Lovely location, 10 mins from Vatican City, about a 30 min walk/subway to the more central part of Rome. Very quiet and safe neighbourhood with lots of restaurants/cafes/bars. Property was comfy with lots of amenities, perfect for a short stay. Owner was lovely and let us leave our bags at the property until our room was ready.

The room was comfortable and tidy! Nice bed, decoration and bathroom! Good coffee and juice. The staff was amazing and friendly! Overall really satisfied! We also checked in earlier and we were really happy since we could rest :)

The breakfast wasn't exactly proper breakfast, since there was no food, but there was nice coffee, tea and juice. Right under the rooms we found a nice bakery where we enjoyed breakfast so overall not a problem. The location is not the best since it's a bit far from all the sightseeing (except the Vatican which is close) but it was ok and good connection with public transport.

It was a very cozy and most beautiful room I have ever been to, the staff was so friendly and their hospitality was so good, even though I did not see them, I checked in and out by phone, but it was so easy and comfortable. I loved it and enjoyed my stay there, recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Rome and be in the heart of the city.

because I forgot to book breakfast, it was not possible to buy it after my arrival, but it was not an issue, cause there were enough tee, coffee, juice, and cookies to eat in the morning!

The room and bathroom were sparkling clean, clean towels, many restaurants and stores nearby and the apartment is close to bus and metro stations. When we managed to get in touch, the host was helpful. Daily cleaning.

In theory, breakfast was included in the room price, but breakfast meant 2 wafers, 2 espresso capsules, 2 small juices and 2 bottles of water, so.. mostly drinks, hardly a breakfast. The communication with the host is difficult. We wrote to the property 2 days prior to our arrival and we never got an answer back. After check in he gave us a whatsapp contact where he was a bit more responsive. The rooms are very close to one another, we could hear every noise the others made, even late in the night.
