Our stay at Prima Guest House Collection was nothing short of exceptional—again! This was our second time here, and it has firmly become our go-to accommodation for any future visits to Rome. The location is phenomenal, situated in the charming Prati district, just a short walk from the Vatican and Piazza del Popolo. The Lepanto Metro Station is conveniently nearby, and there's a bus stop just around the corner with several lines that make getting to different parts of the city quick and easy. The rooms are tastefully decorated, featuring super comfy beds with premium bedding, air conditioning, and soundproofing—perfect for a restful night’s sleep. We also really appreciated the spotless daily housekeeping. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, providing maps and tips about the city. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and we felt very well looked after throughout our stay. Although breakfast was available at the property, we chose to enjoy the local Italian experience each morning—grabbing a quick espresso and cornetto at a nearby café, just like the locals do. Overall, Prima Guest House Collection offers excellent value for money, combining comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome and can’t wait for our next stay!

Everything was absolutely great!

For this really cheap price, with only 1 metro stop from Spanish Steps and 4 to Termini, the metro station is about 7 minutes walk. Alternatively, there is a bus station right in front of the building. There is also a supermarket right next door. The rooms are very small, but very clean. It has AC for the hot summer weather too! Check in was done easily online, and I had access to open the door of both the building and the Guesthouse entrance from my phone! I found my room key waiting for me, as I checked in late at night, and there was no one on duty. Very simple!

There is a common area like a mini reception, and a kitchen that serves breakfast. My room was right next to this kitchen. You can hear people coming in and out in the morning. Honestly, they were very quiet and I almost didn’t feel their presence! I didn’t mind it. Maybe some guests will not like that. However, the rest of the rooms are on the other side. Please bare in mind that you will pay an additional City Tax of €7 per night on site. It’s mentioned in your booking , but you may not notice it.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this property. Very vintage and make you experience the Italian lifestyle. I would like to make a special mention to 2 Filipino staff specially George who had helped us carry our luggage to the taxi. The Manager: FREDERICO is very helpful and made sure our transport to airport FCO is properly arranged.

As a PWD I find it difficult to bring our luggage to the lift as there are stirs to take before reaching the elevator. The elevator is very small and old style. Wifi in our room ( ROOM 7) is VERY WEAK

The whole experience in Rome. We used the Metro train, the busses was a bit difficult to understand. Hopefully we will one day be back in Rome. Walking was our main way of transport when sight seeing. Trying new food was also very nice.

I was upset, because when I made the booking I asked that breakfast must be included, but it was not and I had to pay additional for that. I would like booking.com to investigate this matter and refund me the money that I had to pay exstra

The guest house is located within 30 minutes walk of most of the main attractions in Rome (Vatican, Trevi fountain, Spanish steps)and is close to the Lepanto Metro train station which will take you directly to the centre of Rome for €3 each way (colluseum, forum etc). You also felt very safe at night in the area of the guest house. The breakfast was very good and included cereal, yoghurt, fruit, tea/coffee, cold meats/cheese, croissants and cakes

The sink plug (room 6) stuck in the closed position and had to be pushed back up a few times

The property is located right across the river close to Metro station. The room was very clean and spacious with a nice balcony overlooking the river. There's a super market right next door, and at least 5 great breakfast places nearby.

There's no coffee/tea arrangement in the room itself. And you might be groping in the dark in the common kitchen looking to make tea after returning from the city.

Great location, metro station is close, city is in walkable distance. Staff is kind and helpful, big ups you guys 🤜🏼🤛🏼! Clean rooms, great heating and well pressured shower.

Passcode entrance is somewhat sketch, rooms are definitely not sound proofed as you can hear guests are arriving/ leaving etc. Noisy balcony due to heavy traffic. Breakfast not included which is a bummer. Bed and bedding could be upgraded.

The propriety was beside the river, and in a rage of 30-40 minutes away from the main attractions. I left my car in the parking place all the time, because driving in Rome can be a big challenge. We receive the keys from an employer. The breakfast was in a long kitchen with 4-5 tables. It had everything from cereals, eggs, cheese, croissants, coffee, tee, salami, ham or different yogurts.

the elevators are quite small, even if the is a big building of apartments. Is not enough place for you and 2 large luggages. The furniture is quite old. I would be nice to have some shampoo or hand-soap.

The staff was very kind. Even though we arrived very late they gave me full information on how to do self-check-in. Also, wifi was working well. We had a small fridge, they prepared cold water for us and we had a big wardrobe with many hangers

I think that it was not enough clean, the bathroom was full of long hair. The air conditioner was not working well. And the neighborhood was very loud

We arrived very late (2 am) and were received for check-in in a pleasant and attentive manner. The room was very clean and was cleaned every day. The bed was very comfortable and unlike many places in Italy, it consists of a double mattress and not 2 single mattresses. The staff was welcoming and attentive to every request, question and need. Very strategic location! Walking distance from all the important attractions in Rome - the Colosseum, the Trevi Fountain, Piazza del Popolo, restaurants and pizzerias, the Spanish Steps, the Vatican and much more... There is a supermarket right below the guest house and it has everything you need from food to chocolates for the family! Close to metro station and bus stop to FCO airport. Amazing view from the room facing the Tiber River. There is a hair dryer, shampoo and soap in the shower. There was hot water in the shower at all hours of the day.Very Good WiFi connection. Highly recommended and we will definitely come back again! THANK YOU!

The breakfast was very good! But it would be nice if there were vegetables and maybe hard-boiled eggs and an omelet :) Also, there is car noise because of the main street, but once you close the window it's fine. Weak lighting in the central space of the room, stronger light is required.
