This was one of the best apartment hotels we stayed in. Luigi and his staff were amazing. They created a small group chat on WhatsApp so we can relay any messages. They gave us a set of keys when we checked in; one key opens the building's main entrance, one opens the apartment entrance, and one opens your room. The room was exactly the way the picture depicted. The beds were not the comfiest but they did the trick. There is a small kitchen that has a small microwave, sink, a small refridgerator with a freezer, a few plates and bowls, some metal forks and spoons, butter knives, and small coffee maker. It's very basic stuff but all essential. There is a small basket with small boxes of cereal, individually packaged crousants, a couple individually packaged deserts. Inside the kitchen door you will find a few jars with coffee, jams and jellies, Nutella, and honey. All small individually packaged. A lady comes in the late morning or mid-day to refill anything you have consumed. At check-in, I paid about $2100 for 8 nights to include WIFI. This was nice because I can pay it upfront so I don't have to worry waiting after check-out. 2 blocks away is a small supermarket that has everything you need. There are plenty of coffe shops around to but hot drinks. I went there daily. The Metro station is the next block past the supermarket. We took a train and bus everywhere. Piazza di Popolo is across from the Metro station. That opens up all of Rome. You can walk everywhere if you want. We took the local transit because it's a lot of walking. We had a great time and would come back to Residenze Romana anytime.

There was nothing we didn't like. Everything was right there.

We had an amazing stay in Residenza Romana adding a plus to our overall experience in Rome. The apartment is nice and cozy, very clean, in a very convenient location that offers quick access to the historic buildings and monuments. The staff is kind and welcoming, the offered breakfast is decent with packed goods that are just right for a quick coffee before going out to explore the city. Big surprise was the cleanliness of the rooms with everyday retouching. The building is wonderful for those with interest in the Roman architecture but you have to be prepared for some inconveniences like a light odor in the bathroom that, in any case, is not a big issue due to the large window. Coffee shops and small supermarket 2 minutes away. We highly recommend this place for a short stay in Rome and we would choose it again in our next trip.

The team managing the Residenza was very friendly and responsive. The place is well located, walking distance from the metro station Flaminio, with several shops and caffes nearby. The Residenza apartments are inside an elegant and ancient building, with high ceiling, marmor stairs, and there is also an elevator. The kitchen appliances are not for cooking, but enough to warm food with a microwave, there is a fridge, a coffee machine, and kitchen utensils.

The breakfast is provided, but it is limited with packaged items, which seems typical for some places in Italy. It is okay, but not for all tastes. However, near the flat there are nice cafes with fresh croissants and fantastic cappuccino!

Location is good, short walk to Bacilica di Santa Maria del Popolo (5 minutes)and shopping street (10-15minutes) and Trevi fountain Spanish stairs (15-20 minutes walk along with shops). Apartment is clean, quiet and spacious for 3p with big Luggages. Air conditioning is super cooling 👍. Many snacks and beverages provided. Apt at level 3 has an old lift with manual door but still have to climb about 10 stairs to reach the lift. A friendly security at entrance very helpful.

Spacious room, very clean, simple breakfast provided, daily cleaning. Host created WhatsApp group for ease of communication and fast action on request

We had a great time staying at this location. The apartment was beautiful, spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We were a group of 4 and the apartment provided a lot of privacy for everyone. Also, the apartment was cleaned daily and the fridge was restocked with drinks, made our stay so much more comfortable. Lastly, I really loved how nice the staff was to my kid, they even gave her some chocolate during our stay. Overall they are a 10/10.

Everything was great

We had a really good stay. The hosts are really nice people, we even got our room earlier, since we arrived early in the morning. The breakfast was very generous, and our little one even received extra treats, which he was very happy about. The room is very large and tastefully decorated, all was spotless clean, and we had our room cleaned each day, with fresh towels at our disposal. The area is quiet and safe, well connected to the main atractions. Thanks you so much for hosting us!

We enjoyed our stay at the Residenza Romana so much we didn't ever want to leave. The apartment is gorgerous and spacious with a great atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. It's located in a beutiful building right by Piazza del Popolo and Villa Borghese, enveloped by the sprit of the Eternal City. One can see the love and care put into this apartment from all the thoughtful little details - from the coulour scheme, embroidered pillows to the choice of coffee and food. We had great communication with the owner Luigi who is very helpful and friendly and Nunzia - the girl who takes care of the apartment- is delightful - we were made feel very welcome and looked after. We were allowed to leave our luggage there after check-out until the evening which was very helpful. Residenza Romana is the most wonderful place to stay in Rome, we can't wait to come back again, we absolutely loved it. Thank you for having us :)

Residenza Romana really checked all the boxes on our trip to Rome. It's a great location with walking access to the Vatican, Collosuem area, as well as the park. There are plenty of restaurants close by, and I loved the quiet atmosphere of the neighborhood. It seemed like a very safe area even late at night. Daniella, the host, responded to any questions promptly and accurately. I'd say the best place I've stayed in Rome all around, and it was also the least expensive!

The location is great - close to metro and city center, max 30min walk from all important monuments. There is a grocery store just across the street. Provided breakfast (coffee, tea, milk, juice, cereal, toast, croissant, marmelade&co) is good and plentiful. If you prefer something savory, the store downstairs has everything and more. The elevator is very convenient when you have bags or when you are so tired you cannot take another step 🤣 Extra pillows and blankets available The staff was so nice and helpful, any request we had was taken care of.

There are 2 bedrooms, but one of them is actually a partial wall separating a corner of the livingroom/kitchen, no window of its own, and no privacy. Enough space, though, did not feel crammed at all. There are 3 appartments, i don't know if that is the case for all of them. If this is something you care about - ask the manager
