Location was excellent to walk to so many important sites in Rome. Staff and owner extremely helpful when a taxi strike was called on our day of departure. Very clean and comfortable.

The location on Piazzale Flaminio is ideal, but the name of the property is deceptive, as it is not on Piazza del Popolo which is a 5-minute walk away. Although minimally staffed, Miguel handles most needs with courtesy and kindness.

Breakfast is not available here, but promise of a coffeemaker and electric kettle would have sufficed if they worked. Miguel leaves early weekdays and at noon Saturday but the owner’s cellphone is provided for any questions or requests at any time.

Location was spot-on, right in the centre of the city. All you had to do was to take a Lime or other scooter and be in the nice places to visit in minutes. The double bed was very comfortable. The room (we were three) was a bit small. The view was on the side street, not towards Piazza del Popolo (that would be fabulous). Air-con was strong (thankfully, it was 38' outside). Nice bathroom - shower and amenities.

A bit expensive. The lift was slow and small, but this is to be expected in a classical city building. We could use a bit more room.

Everything ! Fantastic location and a beautiful clean room with great little balcony - perfect for a quiet seat after a long day. Metro station literally on your door step and walking distance to the main attractions. The owner was so friendly and helpful, as was the other male staff member we dealt with. Nice touches like daily complimentary water in the mini fridge and unlimited tea and coffee. Would definitely recommend and use again 😃

The host contacted us early to arrange our check in and was very acommodating when our flight was delayed. We checked in almost at midnight, but it seamless via WhatsApp. She was very helpful with info about anything. The main sites were all about 25mins by walking. Good coffee and brioche for breakfast just next to our hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, and was cleaned every day with fresh towels. . Highly recommended!

Spacious room , fitted the 3 of us easily Was perfectly clean and get cleaned daily. Bottles of water are supplies daily and there is a small coffee machine , capsules and milk which we enjoyed. The owner, Adele does everything to make you feel comfortable and the location couldn't be better Just over the road from piazza del popolo.

The only thing that was a bit inconvenient was the noise from the main road early in the morning .

Booked on a bed and breakfast rate, but on arrival advised we would not be receiving breakfast with no explanation as to why or any recompense. On a plus side there was a great wee bakery right next door. However have noted that it is still advertising as a bed and breakfast rate.

The hotel room was great, very clean and had everything you needed. Adele was very kind and helpful getting us checked into our room. I enjoyed the beds they were very comfortable.

I was. Hoping for the option of a later checkout as that is obliged in hotels upon request. But it worked out we were able to put our suitcases in her hallways for the days which was ok, until we came back later to catch our plane.

The accommodations at 900 Piazza del Popolo were excellent. Adele was exceptionally helpful in getting us to the property. She sent clear directions as well as a video. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is great to see the many sights in Rome. The facility also has a lift which was helpful with our luggage.

Great location. 2 min walking to Metro station. Walking distance to shopping areas, Collesium, Borghese and Spanish steps. 2 stops to Vatican. Great staff, helped a lot to understand the City. Clean rooms and cleaning was daily. I recommend it to everyone definitely.
