Fantastic location and interior design. Staff super helpful at the reception and lovely service from the staff at breakfast. Second time we have stayed here and will definitely come back again. The guide they give you for local restaurants was 100% perfect. We had the best meals at places we would never have found ourselves.

Palazzo Dama oozes life and style. You feel like you are in amongst the Romans. You are just that little bit away from all the mass tourists, yet not too far to take a 15 minute stroll and be at the Spanish steps; you are in what I would consider possibly the premier location of rome. Great shopping and great eating, right on your doorstep. Now the hotel itself is just full of style. Wonderful, wonderful pool area with the cool vibe to match. Drinks and food incredible. the building itself is just stunning and incrtedibly chic. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Rome

Absolutely nothing

Everything was great: the location, the facilities, the staff, the food. We were offered a better room than we had booked. The room was big, clean with a comfortable bed. At the reception the staff was very helpful. On the day of the departure the hotel's driver, a very nice and responsible person, took us to the airport in a big clean car. And we got on time in spite of the jams in the evening. I am so happy that we spent 3 days in this hotel.

I enjoyed every moment of my staying at this hotel.

I think this is the best luxury hotel in Rome for people who value real quality over fake appearance.

I like everything about palazzo dama. The staff is excellent in every way. The food, the pool, the spa , the room, the vibe, the location. This place is flawless.

Hotel was beautiful, location is nice. Pool in the middle of the city was like hidden gem. Stuff was very kind and helpful, if you have any problems or wishes they will solve them. Bed was the most comfortable ever. Bravo 👌

The hotel is stunning, the garden is lovely, breakfast very calm and rooms extremely comfortable to sleep in. The employees were mostly attentive. The hotel is small and feels bespoke.

We had read reviews that there might be private events in the evenings in the garden/poolside, and this was true despite it being April and fairly cold in the evening. The soundproofing is okay, we were able to sleep with our earplugs in. In addition the busy road surrounding the hotel on two sides makes the garden very noisy. The staff was also preoccupied with setting up the evening event and service quality at the restaurant dropped during this.

Above all… the bed. Probably one of the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, so much so that my wife and I have requested the details of their suppliers. Just… wow! The style of the interiors and the courtyard with the pool. Food and drinks at Pacifico were amazing even though I don’t fancy fusion cuisine.

Can be a little noisy due to its proximity to the lungotevere. Not a buggy in August given most of the locals desert the city to go on holidays, but I suspect it would be a lot worse in other months.. I happened to use the (male/disabled) toilet of the lobby, which I found quite neglected: wobbly seat, no soap to wash my hands (had to sneak into the female one to find some, only to realise that the outer area had more sinks and soap!). Overall, a little pricy given the location and all of the above considerations.
