Anna is amazing. She kept in touch right from booking to our last day. It's a room in a building on the second floor. I think there are 4 rooms that they service. We had a double room with a little fridge tea and coffee making. The bed was comfortable with nice pillows. The bathroom is huge and clean. Our room was serviced every day. The breakfast is enough to get you started for a big day of walking. Anna even cooked scrambled eggs. You are close to everything. The longest walk was 30 minutes to Colloseum. Buses around the corner if you want.

First of all. Great service. Anna was so helpful and so friendly. I remember my wife and I looking at each other thinking, this is the best service we have received since being in Italy. The breakfast was amazing with lots of options. The wifi was great. The heating in the room was super helpful (we didn't expect the heaters to be on when we got home so this was a pleasant surprise.) Perfect location. It was so close to so many attractions. We struck gold with this place. My wife enjoys a more modern touch to accommodation, but I really thought that the décor and design of the room was very authentic and made me feel like I am staying in Italy.

The shower and the bath is one, so the standing position was slightly awkward if you wanted to shower, but it's a small thing to overcome and at least there was hot water.

A great little guest house really convenient for all the sights and the Metro. Quiet street location - although traffic nearby, but that’s everywhere in Rome. Big bedroom and bathroom with good storage space. Really good breakfast, including cooked eggs, fresh pastries, fruit and proper coffee to take back to your room. Friendly staff and I would happily stay again if I was in Rome.

The bathroom was a great size, but the shower was tiny, my husband who is quite tall found it really awkward to shower in. A minor thing as everything else was really great.

Lovely room with character in a great location. Beautiful Italian building just a short walk from the Metro, close to the river. Walking distance to Spanish steps and Trevi Fountain The woman on reception was lovely, very helpful and pleasant. There was an issue with the boiler during our stay that limited hot water but it wasn't a problem. The room was cleaned during our stay which we didn't expect

Using the kettle in the room, tripped the electric for the whole b&b. Lucky we could fix this ourselves but might be best to remove the kettle from the rooms until the issue is resolved

Anna was our host during our stay. She was friendly, kind, informative and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. We were offered scrambled eggs for breakfast!!!! What a treat! She remember how we like our coffee and made a point of starting it as she seen us coming. Upon our arrival she inquired if there was anything she could do for us. She immediately booked us a cab to the airport upon our request. The location was perfect for us!

There truly isn’t anything I didn’t like. I will definitely stay there again next time I’m in Rome! Thanks Anna for everything you do!

It’s location is perfect. Every item in the facility is very useful. I can say there is no unnecessary item in it. The personel is so kind, lovely and helpful. As a family which has a little baby, we loved this hotel so much. So, we advice you to stay here in your travel to Rome.

There is a lift but it is so old and narrow. You can wait a bit and make an effort to use it :) But I think it is not the hotel’s responsibility.

Ryan and Anna were lovely hosts. They were in constant communication with us before our arrival. The property is in a central location with most sites within a walkable distance. The room and bathroom were clean and there was a lift to the floor the room was on which was a bonus! They also made us scrambled eggs each day as a part of our breakfast!

The room was cozy and very comfortable. We had to leave earlier in the morning to get to our next destination and when the lady at the front check in heard this she prepared food for us that night and left it in our room so we would have breakfast in the morning before we left. Really nice lady.

Everything was better than expected! Room was clean and comfortable for three persons and breakfast was quite good. Location is great as well as Internet. When we arrived, Jennah welcomed us and she was very kind and helpful! Thank you Jennah and Anna, for your hospitality! We’ll recommend this place to our friends and like to come again

Few chairs at a reception would be helpful.

The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was simple, but tasty and we had access to the espresso machine all day. The hotel is located near Via del Corso, which is very crowded and central. We were 3 women traveling and we were never afraid when returning at night.

As mentioned, the hotel is located near busy roads, so a bit of commotion is to be expected.
