The apartment was located on a quiet street but in a convenient place for restaurants, bars, shopping and classic sight-seeing. Roy contacted us before we arrived and came to show us to our room when the taxi dropped us off. He was helpful and came to do a room clean every day which was exceptional service. The apartment is nothing fancy but it was clean, the shower was powerful & hot and the location was ideal for a long weekend.

Great stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and located right in the city center, within walking distance to all major attractions. Check-in and check-out were super easy, and the host was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

The staff was wonderful to start. the place is an old building as it was once an apartment. the room was spacious and bright. The bed was most comfortable and the bathroom was beautiful. Large big shower nicely tiles and shower head high enough for the 6’1 man. LOL. OH. and they have a great candy jar at check in. THE PLUS!!! this hotel has you minutes from all the ancient ruins Spanish Steps, Trevi and Forum. also if you are shopping inclined every major international shop. will stay here again. Very easy to communicate with the owner via WhatsApp. Location is perfect. Staff is really helpful. Structure is clean.

The rooms are a bit noisy. The street is quiet, however it is possible to hear the sounds of other people entering the structure.

Everything was perfect. The location, the facilities, the property. But most of all, we liked Roy. He was so nice and kind to us that we want to go back just because of him!

Situated in a very good area of Rome - 2minites from Populo square. We managed to walk to all point of interest 2-30minites away. Location is just perfect for few days in Rome.

We felt really welcomed by Roy, who was in the reception. He was available and punctual. The location is very good, a few steps from Piazza del Popolo and Piazza Spagna. Lovely. Thank you!

We loved the cozy feeling of the place. There were 5 separate private rooms and a small gathering area. It was close to the Spanish Steps and all the shopping and restaurants.

The air conditioner was not working well . We only complained the last day and it was fixed right away. We should have said something earlier.
