Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was small, but if you spend most of your time in the city or sightseeing - it will be more than enough. There is a great restaurant just in front of the hotel. Location of the hotel is awesome - metro is nearby (it connects to the train station - from where you can reach the airport or other cities). Most of the attractions are in walking distance. There is a small elevator. Room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was typical - croissants, coffee, milk and cereal, toast.

The AC was working perfectly, but the last day it stopped (it was repaired when we were out, it worked for some time and stopped again).

The hotel has a great location. You can walk to the main attractions. It is safe. My son and I were coming back late at night and we felt safe. The rooms are small, nice, clean. Nice balcony. I felt like I was in an old century. It leaves you with a wonderful mood. The breakfast is not varied. But it is enough. The staff is smiling. What I didn't like. I had paid the city tax and they charged me back. It's my fault. I saw the document later.

I asked the administrator for a taxi for us at 5 am and he told me the price was 70 euros to Fiumicino airport. I saw a taxi stand 50 meters from the hotel where the fare was 55 euros. Despite all this, I would gladly return to this hotel. I loved this place ❤️❤️

The room was very clean and it was getting cleaned and tidy every day. Also it was very warm and always with hot water. It is a small room but comfortable. The only thing I can say as a disadvantage is that it was at the back side of the building viewing some windows of the buildings next to it. A plus is the coffee and cereals offered every morning (for free) despite the fact that there was no breakfast included. Placed right next to the Piazza del Popolo easily reached by metro (Flaminio station), very close to Borgese Park and Piazza de Spagna. There are two very nice restaurants on the street right next to the hotel. A perfect choice!

The hotel staff is very friendly. The accommodation is in an excellent location, in the center of Rome, yet on a quiet street. All the main sights are close by or can be reached by metro. The hotel is close to the Flaminio metro station, so it's easy to get there from the Fiumicono airport (take the train from the airport to Termini, then a few stops by metro). The room wasn't large, but it was pleasant and, above all, quiet. It will be my obvious choice for my next trip to Rome.

Room was clean and tidy everyday. Just what you need to have a good rest. You can get to the metro station quickly and also walk to Vatican City and the Sant Angelo Catle. if you really like to walk, don’t miss the opportunity to come back from atravesare into you room.

lack of Isonorization from other rooms could be a problem. And water wasn’t hot always. Not a big deal.

The hotel is located in a very nice part of Rome, close to shops and restaurants, and within walking distance of the Villa Borghese. The hotel staff is very friendly. The room was nice, comfortable, and spacious. We even got a small terrace with a table and chairs. The air conditioning worked nicely. Overall a very nice stay, and I'll definitely go back to this hotel next time I'm in Rome.

Nothing that I didn't like as such. Although there is no breakfast available at the hotel, there are plenty of very nice venues around offering food in the morning. Also sometimes the lift door is not closed properly, so you may have to take the stairs a bit to catch the lift.

Excellent location, the lady managing the hotel was lovely with my son and little dog. Although there is no breakfast, there is the opportunity to have free tea and coffee on the ground floor and sit at the tables, so we took back to the hotel some nice pastries and had breakfast there, which was nice. The little balcony was a dream. Overall a very nice stay, and great price-quality. I would recommend it and I am likely coming back when in Rome!

There are many short stairs and tight ambiances (bathroom for instance) so it could be uncomfortable for someone with any mobility issues - for us it was ok, no problem at all.

The room was perfect and large, the bathroom was a bit small, but everything was perfect. The employees were super nice and wonderful. The location is perfect close to all the tourist attractions.

The only problem were the stairs to get to the room. They are a bit steep, but there's a working elevator, so it didn't really matter in the end

The location was the best thing about this hotel, the lady on reception was lovely. I really liked having a room with a balcony so you could sit out and have a coffee and a croissant and listen to all the music and noise of the city. There's an amazing park with gorgeous views called Villa Borghese, dont miss it. Its just a room though so theres no facilities apart from tea and coffee but you walk outside and there are loads and loads of cafes and bars

We enjoyed our stay. Close to busses,metro and within walking distance of most places wanting to visit. But in a quiet area near Piazza del Popolo. A variety of restaurants close by. Very friendly staff. Coffee and tea available in the lobby with comfy couches to sit on.

Room was a bit small but having the lounging area downstairs compensated for that.
