I liked the location close to flamino metro and good restaurants also I liked the exceptional quality of the staff that worked there and also the hot tub was a good touch

There's not much I did not like no complaints the only little thing I would suggest was maybe upgrade the flat screen tvs to smart televisions

I absolutely loved the family feel of this guest house!! It was an even better location than I expected and the staff were so helpful and attentive!! The manager Valerio was so helpful and explained everything so well!! The breakfast was everything we needed and super fresh!!

No this i didn’t like, it’s a little dated but it totally adds to the effect of the Rome feel!! Great place to stay and I will be recommending it to friends

Location was excellent, communication with the owner was very good and answered all our questions. The spa bath was very much appreciated after a long day of exploring. The room was very clean and cleaned every day.

Breakfast was basic…something next time we might not pay extra for…for the price might be welcomed as a complimentary extra.

The furniture is a little outdated but this place is all about having a bathtube in the room , that is pure luxury after having walked for hours. Staff were super friendly and accommodating as I had a request on departure day. Breakfast was really nice and the option to be able to have it on the terrace was great.

Location was good. Breakfast was good everything you needed. The terrace was a bonus. The room needs a little maintenance but was clean.

The hot tub bath needed a service as spelt a little when used.

Due to the building being protected, the walls are a little thin. Unfortunately you can also hear anyone at the reception due to it being in close proximity of the rooms

- bed wasn't so comfortable - jacuzzi was dirty when we arrived

Staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfortable. The spa bath was really relaxing after a long day of walking. Room was neat. The aircon in room was great. Good breakfast and great coffee. Would definitely book with 7 Inn Spanish Steps again.

The guy that intruduce the place is one of the lovely stranger i ever met.he is sooooo kind and respectful and helpful.the location is realy good.the place is so clean.the hot tub is realyyyyy good after long walk.again i say the manager is exelent person so kind and helpful

Great location, within easy walking distance to shops, sights and places to eat. Staff were very helpful and good. Comfortable room and pillows:)

Only one small negative was air freshener, but the windows opened to clear that quickly enough.
