The property is in a great location and accessible to most attractions and the ATAC. The room is spacious and has ample lighting. I also liked the keyless entry options to the room. I wished the door entrances were keyless as well. The staff was always available to answer any questions and sent message wishing me a happy birthday :-)

There were no utensils in the kitchen and no ice. The bathroom shower pressure was not great. The waterfall shower head was rusted and there were no shelves to store additional soaps/shower gels. The sink counters were not clean and the toilet paper was not stocked for our initial stay. The room needs dark out curtains, but instead has window shutters which are inconvenient and very dirty to have to open and close twice a day.

Overall it was a lovely place to stay in a great area and central for everything. Very accommodating host, and even left our luggage after check out an our flight wasn’t until the evening. Small kitchen with tea & coffee facilities in the reception area.

The only negatives were the building works taking place directly outside the window of the room which we looked out on to and the apartment above was super noisy, dragging furniture around late at night and very early in the morning but this did not stop our enjoyment.

Location was fantastic…. The street was actually very quiet yet close to everything. The building is beautiful and updated and the room itself was good sized and really nice with the fabulous Jacuzzi and large shower. But the star was Francesco, our contact. I made a mistake and needed an extra night, which was not available. He managed to get us a room at their sister property which was fortunate. He couldn’t be lovelier. I wish we were able to stay there extra night because it was quite wonderful but the room at the sister hotel was nice.

Room was beautiful and clean and very near to many of the sites we wanted to see. Francesco was an amazing host - super accommodating (above and beyond), friendly, and knowledgeable of the area with great recommendations on what to do and where to eat. We will stay again when in Rome again

Not much - very satisfied. If I had to say one downside would be the shower door doesn’t go all the across so the floor got wet easily.

Location is great, close to the metro, bus stops and within walking distance of most of the attractions. Francesco is a great host, he allowed an earlier check in time and met me on arrival at the property, he also provided maps and lots of other useful information. Room was very clean and comfortable, would highly recommend. Will definitely be back in the future!

Nothing, everything was great.

This was a comfortable and very pleasant stay. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was modern. The room was big and we appreciated all the outlets to charge our devices. And with daily temps in the mid 90s, we appreciated the air conditioning. The decor is quirky and may not be to everyone’s taste.

This is more a guesthouse than a hotel. No front desk or lobby and amenities were a bit sparse.

Location was within easy reach of all local attractions, bars, restaurants and shops. The apartment was modern with everything we needed. Instructions were easy to follow and the building was secure and in a safe area.

There was nothing of note to say we were dissapointed with our stay.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well taken care of. Angelo was our housekeeper and was detailed and incredibly helpful cleaning our room every other day which I very much appreciated. We were let into the room early (12PM) to store our luggage and it was not an issue because the property was very quick to respond to our requests and made it very easy to check in. The property also had instructional videos that were highly detailed and made arrival and check-in a breeze. When we checked out, the property had a luggage storage area so you don't need to carry all your luggage around until you depart the city to allow you to squeeze every last drop of Rome in before you leave. Lastly, the location was perfectly situated in a major hub of restaurants, sightseeing attractions, and shopping for every budget. For how populated the area was, we had no issues with noise at night or hearing adjacent guests in the other suites. Overall, my wife and I absolutely adored our stay and we will be recommending this property to anyone who asks what our favorite accommodation in Rome is. One note, there is an elevator for those that have trouble with stairs seeing as the property is on the first floor off the ground floor, but it is not suitable for wheelchairs or more than one person with luggage (two people at most without luggage)

Our stay was nothing short of perfect so there is nothing I can add here that would detract from our visit.

The room was beautiful as was the seating area. The provided snacks and coffee was very pleasing. The manager was very nice and extremely helpful.

The bed was not very comfortable for us but I know everyone is different. It was really hard to get our luggage up to the room as a worker said we weren’t allowed to use the elevator. The flush button on the toilet got stuck every time we would use it. The shower was extremely small for my husband.

Beautiful apartment in a central location close to everything. Francesco was amazing, and made booking very easy and stress free. Apartment had everything you needed for your stay.
