The place was just 3 min from piazza del Popolo , so great location. The staff was kind and helpful:) As for the room , everything was comfortable, I did recommended a friend to stay there as it was after all comfortable and great location!

It could have been cleaner , underneath the desk there was a lot of dust . And I do have to say that when we got there the toilet area in the bathroom smelled a little bit of urine but other than that everything was perfectly fine! We obviously could notify the team as they were available almost all day and probably could have fixed the issue right away

This is a great hotel. It is in a great location just a few hundred metres from Piazza del Popolo and the Spanish Steps and conveniently located on the A line of the metro. The rooms were finished to a high quality and beautiful decorated and extremely clean. The staff at the hotel were great- so helpful and accommodating. Really great service.

1. There are speakers that run throughout the corridors that play music from reception during the day. It can be disruptive if you are wanting to relax in your room and having to listen to music right outside the door. 2. The wifi showed full connectivity but was actually very slow and lagged quite a bit even after restarting my phone and disconnecting and reconnecting.

Brilliant location, within 5 mins walk to the Spanish steps and shops. It was clean, modern, quiet, room the spacious and bed was comfy.. The 2 guys on reception were very friendly and helpful. He booked our taxi and let us store our bags.

The reception area is rather small and we almost missed the hotel as it doesn't have a big frontage but it's not a big deal. The hotel is on a side road with plenty of eateries nearby. Only 1 English speaking tv channel which was the news.

Staff were so friendly and accommodating of us travelling with a toddler. We also required late check in at short notice due to flight delays and this was accommodated really smoothly.

Very nice and kind staff, at our check-in the guy at the reception gave us very helpfull recommendations which restaurants nearby are worth to visit, the guys at breakfast were always very nice and smiling, the room was clean, we felt comfortable at the suite, the location of residenza was great - near to metro station, to the Piazza del Popopolo atc…

Wifi was kind of slow

We always stay here and we always stay in the same room, this was our 4th time visiting this hotel. The beds are comfortable, the pillows are great. I was super happy that the shower got fixed and the water stays within the shower, great fixing, thanks for that! The breakfast is fine although after covid they never turned back to the buffet breakfast which we liked very much here in the past. The staff who serves breakfast is super nice, like them very much. The staff all in all is amazingly nice and helpful, will come back again, I am sure.

I would think about changing and cleaning the curtains :) Not too bad but would give a lot to the room. The breakfast could be wider in choice: for 3 days it is nice and alright although the choice is not too much, same every day. I would recommend the management to think about buffet breakfast with more choice in it as it used to be in this hotel.

very clean, we didnt have a buffet but we could order from a menu which was perfectly fine! Really kind receptionist and also the employees in the breakfastroom were very kind. Location is PERFECT! close to metro, quiet. everything you could ask for.

Hairdryer didnt work, no Coffee/Tea, no kettle in the room. Reception was only available until 9pm. We had to share a blanket, I wish they would have noticed that we were traveling not as a couple but as a group of friends and would have provided us two spereate blankets. When we got to our room the reception was closed already and we couldnt ask for another blanket, there were no additional blankets in any of the closets. We only stayed a night, so at some point of the night my friend took the whole blanket I had to cover up with a towel(There were many towels). It was still alright. The sofa bed wasnt very comfortable.

Bed was super comfy, location was perfect, bathroom was generally ok but a bit tight. Very quiet and lovely sun coming in the window. Staff was super super nice. We were stuck trying to get a ride to the airport and the desk person negotiated with a driver for another couple to share that van. Very helpful. A/C was good too - Rome can get very very hot in the summer and this is critical.

As per most Roman bathrooms, the showers area was kind of tight. Lots of stairs to walk up to get to our room which was a bit hard as I had tendinitis in my ankle. So basically first world problems LOL! Nothing major to complain about.

Very nice hotel in a good location in Rome. We had to extend our stay due to sickness and they were very accommodating. We had everything we needed. Breakfast was small but sufficient.

The scaffolding outside our windows and building work wasn't ideal, would have been nice to know about that in advance

the location was great. within 20 min walking to Spanish Steps and Trevi fountain. a beautiful Piazza pupolo was within a couple blocks with high end shopping and nice restaurants galore. 2 blocks to the bridge across the Tibet river. Walking distance on that side of the river to The Tribunal and Hadrians Mausoleum in Castel st Agnes? The clerks at the front desk were so helpful. The breakfast was the same daily but certainly met our needs and the servers were so nice

their was not an elevator but the clerk helped us with our luggage up the one floor so it worked out. The carpet going up the stairs is beginning to show wear
