The accommodation was very nice, clean, and spacious. The location was perfect – just about 2 minutes from the metro and also a great starting point for walking into the city. The staff was helpful and responsive, which we really appreciated.

The main downsides were the high humidity in the rooms and a lot of mosquitoes inside. Additionally, the room was at street level, so street noise was quite noticeable – which was expected but still a bit disturbing at night. We could also hear footsteps from the room above us, which affected the overall comfort.

Location was excellent, it was a quiet street even though it was central. The room had everything I needed and was very clean. Staff was helpful. Supermarket and a bunch of eateries very close by. 2 minute walk to Flaminio metro station.

There were some things that bothered me, but none of these would prevent me from recommending it: Personally, I don't like the fact that there is no staff most of the day but it was very common for Rome. There are a few steps to get to the front door, if anyone minds that - I didn't. Very heavy front door. The bed in room 101 was too low. I was very nervous about checking in because there was no staff when I arrived and everything was done remotely using the internet - I had no problems, but others might. I was at the room closest to the front desk and in the morning the conversations were too loud for me. Also the people in the room above me were really loud. Earplugs helped.

The apartment we stayed in had just been refurbished, so was clean and bright. Comfortable beds, nice walk to a few attractions like the Spanish steps and Trevi fountain. Many restaurants nearby and a McDonald’s. there is tea and coffee making facilities in the room which is great but should supply milk. Nice hot shower. Bathroom was a good size.

A lot of wasted space, huge table could be replaced with a smaller one, with 2 chairs instead of one. 2 big cupboards on entry could be changed to a large bench with shelves and rack to store suit cases. Tea and coffee facilities could be put on shelf above fridge. Especially when you fit 4 people with 4 large suitcases. Got a bit squishy.

We have just returned from 3 nights in the Popolo Rooms and we were so impressed. Highlight has to be the amazing location - the tram is outside the door, Piazza Popolo is a 2 mins walk and you reach the Spanish Steps within 10 mins on foot. Absolutely fantastic.

We were travelling as a family of 4 including 2 grown up children. The two sofa beds in the kitchen area were small (although our son is over 6 feet tall) and it was a compact space. That said, we were only using the apartment to sleep as we visited the sites all day :)

Located next to the Flaminio Metro station it was the perfect hub for exploring the city. The room itself was on the smaller side but still allowed for enough space for all my luggage for the week comfortably. For a solo female traveler, I was super impressed with the security of the rooms. In order to enter, you had to pass through a locked front door in a safe neighborhood on a well-lit street, then a locked second floor door and finally a locked door to your own room. The staff were also super responsive when I had a small snafoo with check in. They even allowed me to store my luggage the day I left so I didn't need to lug it around the city.

Some of the finishes in the room were starting to show wear but all functioned appropriately.

Great location, right next to metro. Big bed and big shower with good pressure. Friendly and helpful staff. REALLY good aircon.

Wifi sometimes cut in and out. Shower must have shared hot water because sometimes it didn’t get as hot as needed and other times it would. Shower was not entirely clean and had hair on the floor when I arrived. Somewhat lengthy check in process after walking and travelling in hot sun.

Firstly, we want to thank Elisabetta from the start and during our stay as she was very accommodating. Carlo also who extended help when we arrived and the personnel who kept our room cleaned. The location was amazing, close to Metro, a store for groceries, eateries abound and the sites are nearby.

May I suggest for a foot pedal opener type or one with an handle and a much bigger waste can in the bathroom, it was too small and one needs to lift it from the sides or front . Another one a small rubber mat for the soap dish at the bathroom sink, caused once it gets water around the faucet, which has an slight downwards angle, the soap disk slides into the sink.

It was very nicely decorated the room. It was a small room but for small luggage was fine. Bed was very comfortable. A/c worked very well. Nespresso machine a 10. It is so well located. Next to the metro. Carrefour express across the street. Piazza del Popolo a few steps away. Very clean apartment. Very nice bathroom. Water was left for us. Thanks!

It was a little confusing check in with lots of codes. But eventually was worked out.

Everything was wonderful. I was hesitant at first due to the self check in process. But I got there before 6 PM and the lady at the front desk helped me. After that, it was a breeze. Nice clean room with daily cleaning service. Location was excellent. Close to the Metro station and other sights. I had a really pleasant stay there.

The self check in process. But I'm not very good with technology so that is my fault. It helped to have a staff there. I know there is a phone number to call also if there was a problem so I was ok with it.

Really lovely rooms, nicely decorated and spotless. The staff have very helpful, very good communication at all times. We would definitely stay again. The location is great. We were able to walk to many of the historic sites. The Metro station is nearby and easy to use for a very small price.

Just a suggestion: perhaps a better way to get access to the building and the rooms. It requires the use of the mobile, so it needs to have very good connection and the battery changed.
