Excellent boutique hotel in Rome. Superb service. Very pleasant stay. We had the Suite with terrace. The bed was amazing. In the bathroom there was a HUGE bathtub with jacuzzi functions. You could fit 3 or 4 people in it. :) There was a bottle of cold sparkling wine waiting for us. Nice accent. The terrace was beautiful with a view to the H.C. Andersen museum across the street. Someone took care about out luggage and it was delivered to our room (there is a stairway to the reception but I guess there is another way for people on wheelchairs or walking problems). There is a parking available for 40 EUR/night. The location is OK for Rome. You can walk to the attractions if you like to walk several km or take a taxi. Most of the times we walked as we like to explore. The breakfast was good. It's a standard breakfast and you can add scrambled/fried eggs, omlet or pancakes. There is also a Michelin * restaurant but we were too busy and too tired to go there as we stayed only one night and we had some plans in Rome. Maybe next time.

There is not much to write. We would have liked to have some vegetables with the breakfast but maybe it's Italian breakfast style. I don't know. On the terrace there was a smell from the restaurant because all the vents are going next to it. Maybe this can be improved somehow.

The property is in a good suburb in Rome close to a metro station, 15 min walk to Prato and 25 min walk into the centre of Rome. The entrance to the hotel is up a small flight of stairs inside a courtyard/carpark. Inside the building is airy and full of light, with the main desk just inside the door. The property has a Michelin starred restaurant and is clean and simple and sophisticated in its decoration. The staff. The staff, especially those on the front desk, are excellent. I was looked after by everyone at the property and felt like I was coming home to a place where people were pleased to see me. Also the breakfast staff, chef and waitperson, made sure that I was looked after. All tolerated my attempts to speak a little Italian. This is a hotel I would stay at again.

There wasn’t anything I disliked about the property.

We LOVED the large jet tub! Honestly, that was one of the search criteria I had for a room. I knew we would be doing a LOT of walking and I wanted to have a hot tub to relax in each evening. Totally met our expectations! We also loved the Lavazza coffee machine in the room! They did a great job restocking the coffee pods and accessories. The location of the hotel was great, too. It was close enough to walk to everything we wanted to see, but far enough to be in a less busy part of town.

The price was a little high, not crazy, just a tad spendy for the room. There were several little things around the room that were either broken or loose (like the toilet paper holder, some trim pieces, etc.) Also, they had these cool bath bomb things for the hot tub, but they never restocked them after we used them the first night. That could be our fault though, we never asked for more and maybe they don’t automatically replenish those.

Little 5* hotel with a great location in a residential area of Rome, a bit away from the hustle and bustle of Rome but few minutes away from Piazza del Poppolo. Little hotel with Michelin starred restaurant, no other services. No fitness center, no gym no spa. Grazia, the night manager was very friendly. Room was small and the furniture was a bit torn.

Noisy rooms around the staircase, We could hear the converations of the staff of the restaurant after their night shift and again the converations of the staff starting the morning shift early in the morning. I had to call front desk around midnight to ask them to lower their voice. Our room was facing the main street, poor insulation and street noise (cars and trucks).

We've just returned from a whole company organised work trip. The trip was an incentive so it needed to be special. We loved the Tailor Suite. They were great. The staff were very very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The hotel breakfast was great, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay. Everyone on the trip said the location is perfect for being able to visit the different parts of Rome.

Although there were no complaints, the only thing we could say is the rooms possibly need to be updated/tidied up slightly. There were a few things not working in the rooms etc. That being said a lot of the group didn't spend any time in the hotel so it wasn't a major issue at all.

The breakfast was great. The decor was nice and modern. The location was convenient to major attractions while still being quiet and away from the crowds.

The only major complaint I have is the quality of the mattress. It was quite saggy in the middle and therefore a bit bad for our backs. Also, the lack of drawers wasn't ideal so we pretty much had to live out of our suitcase the entire time. The layout was a little strange. When you opened the door, it was into the bathroom so when we had room service, the attendant had to go through our bathroom in order to get to the bedroom.

We had such a fantastic stay. Our room was generously sized and had a large terrace and bathroom. Francesco and the rest of the team were all exceptional, helping us with any questions and offering suggestions for things for us to do in Rome. We would not hesitate to return.

Some of the space in the room could have been better utilised. There was enough space for a small table and chairs in the room but instead there was unused space. Such a small point though and it didn’t detract in any way from our fantastic stay.

The design of the rooms was beautiful, exceeded my expectations- room 105 was absolutely huge and the four poster bed was a super king (or bigger maybe). Electric shutters to the windows were an absolute blessing, which completely blocked out light to the room so you can sleep in. Service from front desk was great, friendly receptionist who is there 25 hours a day. Beds were comfy (firm) and there was 5 mirrors in the room so easy to get ready. You can see a lot of effort has been put into the interior design of the rooms, which is reflected in the lighting, fixtures and fittings and flooring. Extra luxury touches like the ghd hairdryer was greatly appreciated as I didn’t have room in my luggage to bring a hairdryer and usually hotel hairdryers are useless frizz machines. The whole hotel was immaculately clean. Location was fab, really close to the metro, the Spanish steps and lots of restaurants and bars (we liked goody’s and hi-res both within walking distance). It definitely felt like the upmarket posh part of Rome in comparison to other areas and we would stay there again in a heartbeat. Immediately outside the hotel was an office/ residential area so it was quiet but still had the convenience of accessing all the restaurants and bars.

I was concerned before arriving because of some negative reviews around mould in the bathroom- there was a bit but I did feel the reviews were a bit over the top. It was in a corner of the walk in shower that you don’t have to get near so didn’t bother me. Only thing I would like as a Brit is tea bags, kettle and milk in the room- the coffee machine also didn’t have instructions and as I don’t have one of these albeit simple coffee pod machines at home. I would also have liked an iron, a price list for the mini bar and the option for firmer pillows in the room. Additionally, at this price point I did expect better quality toiletries in the room but these are all minor things.

Room size was spacious with high ceilings, well appointed, large comfortable bed, big bathroom, nice amenities, ghd hairdryer, nice and quiet with option to ‘black out ‘ the room for extra darkness.

Should include milk in fridge if tea and coffee is available.

Great size rooms, amazing jacuzzi bath, location not too far from major sights. Fairly quiet at night with electric shutters reducing light and noise. Hotel very helpful and allowed us to change holiday dates because of illness Very small extra charge to do this. Delightful staff.

The property was very clean inside. Housekeeping do great job with rooms. Decor, furniture although functional needs updating and appears a little shabby. Outside entrance quite a bit of litter which detracts from overall appearance. Nothing major to deter me from booking again.
