The staff was wonderful, providing us with an umbrella during rainy weather. The cleanliness was impressive, and we appreciated the complimentary coffee and cookies. The room was modern and included a balcony, conveniently located close to the metro and Vatican City.

The reception closes at 4pm, and the staff were unresponsive on WhatsApp. There were no cups provided in the room, and it tended to get somewhat noisy in the mornings. Additionally, it's important to pay close attention to the booking instructions, as we overlooked the detail that required us to pay an additional 6 euros per night for city taxes as it was not included in the price.

We absolutely loved Mi Hotel Home! The location and price were just fantastic, it had really good reviews so we went for it. They were incredibly professional from the very beginning and what I liked most is that they communicated via WhatsApp and that was just great! When we go to the hotel, the receptionist welcomed us very professionally and though our room wasn't ready yet (we got a bit too early) they prepared the room for us in no time for us to be able to check in. The room was lovely and had everything we needed, including lovely coffee/tea/little cakes. The bathroom is very well equipped so you've got everything you need, including a lovely balcony! The staff were absolutely amazing and we were incredibly thankful because we decided to extend our stay one more night and they made it so easy for us to do so! We were able to keep the same room (so that saved us the hassle of checking out and checking in again) and they were so understanding with our situation. We communicated with them via WhatsApp all along and always got a prompt, professional and kind response. The location is amazing! At first we thought we were a bit far from the touristic attractions but really, that's actually the best aspect of it, because there are plenty of bus routes around the corner and Lepanto (the area where the hotel is) is very authentic, full of cafes, pizza places and things that are not as touristic but equally typical and cool. There is nothing we didn't like, the service, location, facilities, etc were just perfect.

The room given to us was facing the river, it was very clean and spacious and contains all the essentials. There's a SMEG fridge which kept our drinks cold and complimentary biscuits, water and coffee pods upon arrival. The staff were very nice and helpful. We arrived around 12pm and our room was already ready. The hotel is a 5 min walk to the nearest metro (Lepanto) and just a few stops you are in all the touristy spots (one stop to Vatican Museum and 2 stops to Spanish Steps). We love to walk around and found that the hotel is a 10-15 mins walk to Piazza del Popolo. The hotel is reasonable priced given the high prices of hotels in Rome due to the Jubilee so we are lucky to book this one.

Such a great hotel to stay in when you visit rome. The staff was super helpful with storing our luggage before we were able to check-in due to our early flight. Also we got some great tips and they helped us with making a reservation. Furthermore the room itself is all you need. The bed is super comfy and big. The room is super clean and well thought off. There was even a small coffee machine the room. Lastly the location is perfect with just a small bike ride to the center. Prati itself is also super nice for dinner and going to local places. Would definitely recommend for your city trip to Rome!

The neighborhood is elegant, peaceful, and just a short walk from the Vatican. It felt like a perfect balance between local charm and easy access to major sights. The area is full of great cafes, restaurants, and boutique shops—plus it’s very clean and safe. The Mi Hotel Home where we stayed was excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay.

This was my first time visiting Rome, so I didn't know what to expect. It is not like the hotels in the States, but it was an exceptable place. The staff was friendly and came to clean the room daily.The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance. The Vatican and other sites are within walking distance, about 25 minutes away. The mi hotel home is in a quiet area but you're not far from lots of activities. I would stay here again when visiting Rome.

The location is good. 10 minutes walking distance to the metro station. We enjoyed the room and found it comfortable. It was clean and met our expectations.

The only problem in the room was the exterior shutters. It was quite old and we were afraid to break it when we tried to open it. We left it that way and we were okay with little sunlight since we were out most of the time but it needs a fix. It wasn't problem for us bu If you are a light sleeper the hotel in the main street so take this into consideration.

The room was cleaned and the host was friendly, he help us rearrange all the stuff in the room.

The wall is quite thin so u can hear a lot of noise from the next room ( if u unlucky like us u may have an aggressive neighbor 🥲 ) , the light in the bad room have some television sound made me so annoyed + one of the plug near bed is not working and one more thing that the hotel location is not too close famous spot so u will might take a lot of public transport.

I really liked the staff, very helpful, the room was also very clean. The location was good, we walked everywhere, didn’t use the metro at all.

The internet connection was terrible. Only had Wi-Fi close to the door, and even that was bad. Also it can get very noisy, not from outside, but from inside the building. You can hear everyone and even people from other rooms. But overall it’s not that bad, you can get over these things, especially for the price we’ve got.

Very friendly and kind staff, clean, the room is cleaned every day. The room is comfortable and every day you have coffee and cakes. The hotel is located close to all the sights of the city if you want to walk, and has access to the Lepanto metro station if you want to use the metro. Thanks to the hotel, this vacation in Rome was wonderful for us. I would definitely choose it again.
