In principle, I liked everything. Excellent location, metro and bus stops nearby. Quiet area. 15 minutes walk to the Vatican.

The only thing that bothered me was that something was biting me all the time. It wasn't mosquitoes, probably some kind of midges. That's how we realized what it was. It itched a lot, there was a lot of swelling, when it went down you could see three dots at the site of the bite. Mosquito ointments didn't help.

The electric shutter was great! It made it so easy to sleep since it completely darker the room. It was perfect for adjusting to a new time zone several hours ahead of where I came from.

This review would have been all 10's had the check-in not been so challenging. The hotel is inside of a locked building. Two codes are required for entry. The first code gets you into the building and the second gets you into the hotel. Neither were shared by email even though the check-in including passport info had been completed. No one answered the phones listed for the property even though I called at mid-afternoon. I ended up waiting on the steps for over an hour. Luckily an employee of Caesars Place stopped by for a brief errand and let me into my room. However she took off before sharing the codes to the building!!! Thankfully the building receptionist trusted me and gave me the codes. She salvaged my day!

Great place to stay if you want to be near the attractions in Rome. Only a few minutes walk to the Metro station and about 20 minute walk to the Vatican. The double room we stayed in was very spacious and had a tv, kettle and private bathroom with colour changing lights above the shower cubicle which was quite quirky. There are a few bits put on for a light breakfast but enough to put you on until later. We didn’t get to meet the hosts on our 3 night stay but the maid was very helpful and friendly. She couldn’t speak much English but she tried her hardest to make herself understood. You do need a code to get into the main building as the hotel is part of an apartment block and a code to get in to the hotel itself. The host did message me before our stay for a few booking details and also gave me the codes for the doors. If you don’t hear from them before you arrive I would highly recommend contacting them for these codes. All in all our stay went very smoothly and would definately stay here again if ever in Rome as the price was also great.

the beds were really confy. it was a nice experience and if i go back to Roma i consider staying here again.

There was 2 things i didnt like. First the way of opening the door via an app that wasnt working. Second the shower was not functioning properly but nothing big. other than that i would come back.

Location was perfect for every attraction in the city. We could have walked to many of them. If not, a Metro stop was just around the corner.

We were informed of an extra fee regarding the City tax. The Booking.com app, charged me an amount of money, and i was informed for further charges upon my arrival. This is not necessarily the Owners fault, but it's annoying nonetheless.

Very well located, 20-25 minute walk to the Piazza di Spagna and Trevi Fountain. There was also a metro located right around the corner from the building as well as a bar and a few restos. Very confortable beds! Bathroom was large and clean. Great water pressure in the shower.

Apparently it is custom in IT not to have cover for blankets, just to use sheets that move easily so all guests directly touch the same blanket. Staff kindly explained the issue,but it is sth that l do not like

The owner and reception is accomodating to our needs. They have provided instructions how to check in very late like 11pm. Also, the place is nearby Lepanto metro station. It is close to the Tiber river and Carrefour supermarket.

The neighborhood has several vandalism.

Fantastic location near the Vatican and very close to the Lepanto metro station. If you don't hate walking, you can enjoy the night in Trastevere and get back to your room by foot (around 3km). There are bus stops nearby. Room and toilet were very clean, and the staff was beyond amazing - Davide was great and helped us check in smoothly.

Late check in was a bit difficult doing self check in with slightly wrong instructions, but at least we were able to call staff to help us despite it being a bit late. The shower heads in the bathroom need a deep clean, but still usable.
