This cosy hotel (and great restaurant) is an absolute gem. Ideally positioned centrally in Rome, with all the main attractions within easy walking distance. Close to the Metro station when we used that option. The staff are all helpful and friendly. The rooms were cleaned daily and were spotless every time, with the complementary bottles of water renewed daily. The aircon in the room was ideal to quickly cool down after a busy itinerary. The breakfast had hot and cold options, which was more than enough to set us up to start the busy schedules ahead. Can’t praise this place and the staff enough!

The only thing we slightly missed from the standard UK room was the hot drink facility in the room, but although we didn’t ask the staff, they might have made hot drinks on request. The complementary water was enough for us.

The breakfast had a wonderful selection and the location was an easy 20 minute walk to the city centre.

Apollo Boutique Hotel was lovely and charming, the staff were exceptional and very helpful and accomodating. Our family of 5 stayed and our rooms were very big, and very clean. Nice ammenities including a hot water kettle and tea in the room. The breakfast was good, lots of choices and the coffee and pastries were delicous. The staff were like a family and would do anything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location seems to be more of a neighborhood than the center of a touristy area. It was a bit further away from some touristy sites (except the Vatican is very close by) for walking but the Metro station is right around the corner and super easy and convenient to use. Our family used the Metro throughout our stay because getting a taxi or Uber for 5 people was a little pricey.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in central Rome! The location was perfect, just a short walk from all the main attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning, which offered a great variety of options. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Rome!

The only minor downside was that the noise level in the rooms adjacent to the kitchen was a bit high during work hours. However, it didn't significantly impact my overall experience.

Fantastic breakfast with many options and amazing location, close to Metro station and bus stops. The staff is very friendly and willing to always assist. The design and the furniture of the room is very lux and elegant. The neighborhood is quiet, beautiful and clean. It is also very close to the center of Prati, a place that is worth a stroll around.

- The drainage of the shower in the bathroom was blocked, so the wastewater was up on our feet while having a shower! We asked to bring the technician and fix it, they said they did, but the problem still existed. Thus, there was also an awful odor in the room during our stay, especially after having shower. Moreover, the sealing of the shower glass doors, even if this technique seems stylish, practically it does not seal well at all. - Slow Wi-Fi

The staff here are great, especially Vanessa, Melissa and Kenneth. Air conditioning was good. Good location, we were able to walk to all the main attractions.

The water pressure in the shower is very poor and the power of the hair dryer is very low so takes an age to dry your hair! Consistency on breakfast was not great. I had a cheese and ham croissant on the first morning which was good, my husband ordered it the second morning but it was dry and cold! Sometimes we got water automatically other mornings we had to ask for it. The kettle is too large to fill from the sink.

The hotel is located in calm area of Rome with good connection with subway and maybe about 15-20 mins walk to Vatican. The staff is very friendly and kind. They were helping us with everything we needed. The room we got was very big, clean and modern. The room smelled so nicely ( on some floral scent). The bed was big and very comfortable. Breakfast was also very nice, all food was freshly made and very tasty. I highly recommend this hotel for everyone who wants to visit Rome.

The only problem we had was the shower. The water coming out of shower was slow and few days but we managed to take shower anyway.

Everything was just perfect!!! I even didn't expected such service for this price! Room was a good size, pretty enought for 1 person. It was absolutely clean, good smell, !!!orthopedic pillows!!!, warm, everything was new and very beautiful!! I hadn't a chance to try their breakfast (somebody is sleeping too long))), but I had free tea in the evening and coffee in the morning. But the main thing - it's their stuff!! So king, helpful, always smiling and welcoming! All the best words for them!! Very good job!

Good location, just a few minutes’ walk from the metro station and within walking distance to tourist attractions. Room was spacious and reasonably comfortable. Very clean and well put together. Good breakfast with good range of food available. Different cakes each day which was amazing! Staff were helpful and friendly. Loved the welcome glass of Prosecco on arrival!!!

Mattress felt a bit old and there was a bit of a gap in it. Would’ve been nice if there was some coffee provided in the room.
