The breakfast had a wonderful selection and the location was an easy 20 minute walk to the city centre.

We had a wonderful stay at this newly opened hotel. The receptionists were incredibly helpful, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from the moment we arrived. Our room was tastefully decorated, blending comfort and style effortlessly. Located in an upscale residential area, the hotel offers a peaceful retreat away from the overwhelming crowds of the city, allowing for a truly relaxing stay. The room was spotless, reflecting the hotel's commitment to cleanliness and quality. Breakfast was equally impressive, with a great selection that started our mornings on a delightful note. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in central Rome! The location was perfect, just a short walk from all the main attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning, which offered a great variety of options. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Rome!

The only minor downside was that the noise level in the rooms adjacent to the kitchen was a bit high during work hours. However, it didn't significantly impact my overall experience.

Fantastic breakfast with many options and amazing location, close to Metro station and bus stops. The staff is very friendly and willing to always assist. The design and the furniture of the room is very lux and elegant. The neighborhood is quiet, beautiful and clean. It is also very close to the center of Prati, a place that is worth a stroll around.

- The drainage of the shower in the bathroom was blocked, so the wastewater was up on our feet while having a shower! We asked to bring the technician and fix it, they said they did, but the problem still existed. Thus, there was also an awful odor in the room during our stay, especially after having shower. Moreover, the sealing of the shower glass doors, even if this technique seems stylish, practically it does not seal well at all. - Slow Wi-Fi

The staff here are great, especially Vanessa, Melissa and Kenneth. Air conditioning was good. Good location, we were able to walk to all the main attractions.

The water pressure in the shower is very poor and the power of the hair dryer is very low so takes an age to dry your hair! Consistency on breakfast was not great. I had a cheese and ham croissant on the first morning which was good, my husband ordered it the second morning but it was dry and cold! Sometimes we got water automatically other mornings we had to ask for it. The kettle is too large to fill from the sink.

The hotel is located in calm area of Rome with good connection with subway and maybe about 15-20 mins walk to Vatican. The staff is very friendly and kind. They were helping us with everything we needed. The room we got was very big, clean and modern. The room smelled so nicely ( on some floral scent). The bed was big and very comfortable. Breakfast was also very nice, all food was freshly made and very tasty. I highly recommend this hotel for everyone who wants to visit Rome.

The only problem we had was the shower. The water coming out of shower was slow and few days but we managed to take shower anyway.

Everything was just perfect!!! I even didn't expected such service for this price! Room was a good size, pretty enought for 1 person. It was absolutely clean, good smell, !!!orthopedic pillows!!!, warm, everything was new and very beautiful!! I hadn't a chance to try their breakfast (somebody is sleeping too long))), but I had free tea in the evening and coffee in the morning. But the main thing - it's their stuff!! So king, helpful, always smiling and welcoming! All the best words for them!! Very good job!

Good location, just a few minutes’ walk from the metro station and within walking distance to tourist attractions. Room was spacious and reasonably comfortable. Very clean and well put together. Good breakfast with good range of food available. Different cakes each day which was amazing! Staff were helpful and friendly. Loved the welcome glass of Prosecco on arrival!!!

Mattress felt a bit old and there was a bit of a gap in it. Would’ve been nice if there was some coffee provided in the room.

A la carte breakfast included was a nice treat. The neighbourhood is quiet and not touristy, short walk from Piazza del Popolo. Some good restaurants in the neighbourhood (but be sure to reserve a table ahead of time). Room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Depending on when you arrive for breakfast, service can be a bit slow as the café services other customers as well (not hotel guests). There was a kettle and some coffee cups in the room, but no tea or coffee.

Booked a last minute Sunday night stay at a great price, the room was large, clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was great with fast and friendly service. It was much better than some Rome hotel breakfasts where you miss out on the experience of a real Italian breakfast bar. I wasn't there long enough to test many facilities so I can't comment on these but the area is really easy for going into the centre and I would return here next time I'm in Prati.
