If you're travelling to Rome, don't think twice and book your room at Hotel Donna Laura. Our stay has been excellent at all levels: room quality (super clean and comfy rooms), general facilites & services and fantastic attention from all the staff with special thanks to Marta at reception for her warm and professional assistance. The location is great for a peaceful stay, the neighbourhood is beautiful, safe and quiet at night. We're beyond grateful for the staff's help at all times and their effort in making our stay as unforgettable as possible. We'll be coming back for sure and we won't stop recommending this hotel to everyone! Best place ever

Absolutely beautiful! Close to but off the main center, but walkable. Excellent staff, facility, clean and beautiful. Accessible by easy short taxi, on foot or train. It is along the river. The roof restaurant is a plus with gorgeous views. Incredible quality for the price.

We were not told about the Sauna and jacuzzi until we were paying and checking out. We definitely would have like to have been told that. If it was cold, this would have been a plus, but in the heat of summer we did not miss this info much. We did end up walking past a public pool on the other side of the river, I loved knowing and had we stayed longer would have definitely gone to.

Beautiful hotel! Everything indeed looked almost like in a palace. Our room had all required amenities including coffee maker with coffee tablets, free bottles of water. The bed was very wide and the room had a comfortable size. Also, we liked the curtains that protected us from the morning sun well. The stuff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel is a bit far from the city centre, so it's not convenient to go there for a rest and it's not close to metro. Our bathroom leaked and even though we asked to check it, nothing has changed. The breakfast wasn't very interesting and on Monday it was less interesting that on the weekend. Also, our room was in front of the cleaning stuff room and starting from 7 AM we woke up constantly by them working and cleaning.

Although it was close to the center location and was quite a short walk to Piazza del Popolo, it still took us about 10 minutes to metro and bus stations and after long walks in Rome it was like the last bullet:). But the neighbourhood was quiet and very pleasant.

Our stay in this magnificent hotel was simply outstanding, from the spacious and elegantly decorated Junior Suite offering panoramic views from its large terrace, to its superb location near the Vatican, topped with a great breakfast, making our experience truly exceptional.

Everything was perfect.

We really enjoyed the ambient of the hotel. The balcony was a nice bonus. The room was pleasant, the beds comfortable. The breakfast was self-service and very delicious.

The cleanliness could have been brought up a notch - slippers are a must (luckily they were provided by the hotel).

Rooms clean and comfortable with good air conditioning. Very nice restaurant on the roof terrace. Good buffet breakfast. Walkable to Metro in 10 minutes. Perfect base for a few days in Rome with all sights easily accessible via Metro or short taxi ride.

The room was fantastic—spotlessly clean, stocked with bottled water daily, and even included a bathtub. Breakfast was excellent, and the terrace bar was a lovely spot to unwind.
