La Cupola de Vaticano was a very convenient place to stay. The Vatican City is a few feet away from the Hotel or Condominium. You have all around, Vatican Museum, Sistine, St.Peter's Chapels. The metro very close, and buses. A lot of restaurants.This place I really liked it. Besides, the location, the from desk assistant name Arlyn was excellent. She helped my cousin and I with questions we had. In addition, she helped with restaurants in which hotel have displaced with 15%discount. This restaurant is across the street. There is also, a taxi base two blocks away from la Cupola del Vaticano in case you want to go to airport. The taxi base operate 24 hours. This is a plus for us. I checked a day before to go to airport. The taxi line have a fixed rate for $55 euros to take you to FCO international airport from that hotel. This hotel or Condo is not always open, and from desk assistant is only in the morning when you have your breakfast in you room. This is the time to ask any questions or concerned you have. You will get a key with two different codes. Top for you code for access to the building and bottom to your floor and your key for your room. La Cupola Del Vaticano hotel is in the 3er floor. The is an elevator, you hotel will be in the right hand to put your code. This a summary how does it works. You can communicate via what's up with owner Luigi before. It was very successful. He answered questions that I asked. When booking at his hotel, you will have a taxi to pick you up at airport. For us it was a plus. Last, the breakfast was ok. It was a simple, but you can ask wherever it is in the menu and it was taking to our room on time. Overall, we loved our staying in LA Cupola del Vatican, great locations, metro, buses, restaurants and clean and comfortable beds and pillows. Location is perfect! The property is located in the Prati district just a few 100 meters from the Vatican and St. Peter’s Dome. You can reach many nice parts of the city by foot otherwise you have a metro stop right around the corner. The room was clean and modern, bed was comfortable, staff was incredibly nice and helpful, breakfast was simple but great!! The check in was very simple. All the steps to an access the building and the room I received via WhatsApp very detailed and it was so simple to get into the room. I can highly recommend this hotel if you stay in Rome!

Very Central to the Vatican and the Vatican museum, very central to lots of restaurants and shops, and cafes’s too! Staff was really nice felt safe. As solo traveler. Room was lovely decorated, breakfast was served in my room with pre orders night before, communication was also through WhatsApp if I needed anything.

All was great just in the mornings you can hear noise outside while preparing breakfast. It looks like there was a gap in the doors so not sound proof. If that gap can be fix M. It will be a great stay.

It's good, but the variety of products to choose from at breakfast should improve. Providing only long-lasting products and sweets doesn't seem like the right option to me. Why not some fresh bread, cheese, ham, some fruit, in short, what is normal for a Continental Breakfast? I am pleased to mention the offer of free transportation from the airport to the hotel.

It was new for me to do a self-service check-in. The reception at check-in based only on WhatsApp notifications and messages does not seem right to me, especially since nowhere, during the booking process, is this information made available. As I still had my cell phone in flight mode, I didn't notice the messages, so when I arrived I was confronted with an entry without hotel information or anything similar. There was only one person, who I presume was the building's doorman and who requested me to go to the 1st floor, where they could help. Then everything became easier.

The place was an excellent location, staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfasts provided were yummy. Place also near several eateries and groceries. My Gelato and tiramisu is around the corner. It's walkable to the Vatican and basilica. it's near the ottaviano Metro. Bathroom had bidet, and LED that served as nightlight for us. the room itself was good for 3 people.

The location is so close to The Vatican & St Peter's Basilica which was perfect for us Lovely restaurants close by. Good shower. Really lovely area, nice vibe, felt so safe

The breakfast was meagre, it would be nice if some fruit was an option. The lift was a nuisance, if someone hadn't closed it properly on another level it wouldn't work & management needed to reset it downstairs and with a pram & being on the 3rd floor, itwas annoying

The staff were lovely, really helpful and friendly. The location is excellent, just a few minutes walk from the Vatican City, and lots of restaurants/cafes/bars on the street. Breakfast was served to our room every morning on a nicely set table, with everything from coffee, tea, fruit, cereal, pastries. Our room was spotlessly clean and nicely made up. We will definitely be back

There isn't really anything we didn't enjoy. The staff were so lovely, we were able to leave our bags on our last day after we'd checked out, so we didn't have to bring them around with us. We collected them when we were ready to go to the airport.

The room was extremely clean, better than many 5 star hotels. It had heating that we could control, an excellent shower and comfortable bed. Breakfast was good as we don’t like cooked breakfast and we could submit our choice the previous day. The location was superb to visit the Vatican and was surrounded by good restaurants. The staff were very helpful.

Self checkin was easy and fun (open frontdoor with website and pincode for hotel(floor) door, then open a keylock for your room key. Most likely similair at other locations, but the whole experience was just fun with children. Room was spacious, clean and had all the amenities that you could wish for. Breakfast was extensive and well prepared by the hostess, she helped with everything and was very friendly. We could ask for anything through email and whatsapp. Highly recommended!

wifi didnt really work, but we could work with out celluar connection. Breakfast could use some healthy options (maybe fresh fruit or something)

The property was in a fantastic location for everything. The Vatican and st.peters square were just over the road. Bars shops and restaurants all around you. Easy to find and gain access. Silvia and staff were very informative. They helped us with all our questions and queries. The room was perfect. The breakfast was just right too! Such a pleasent stay.
