Clean, comfortable , nice rooftop, good views, great location

The refrigerator in the common area wasn’t very clean. Roof top door handle when coming in was missing. We thought the price included a breakfast but it did not. Also was told we needed 42 euros cash to pay for tax on top of what we paid on the credit card so the room was more expensive than we planned. That tax should’ve been included in the price and not a surprise add on. The place is really an apartment converted to mini hotel. I think 5 rooms- each with private bathroom. Tiny shared kitchen with shared mini frig. We didn’t use the frig because it felt weird to share- didn’t know if our food would be there when we returned. Not very sound proof. One night a room got up very early and were talking loudly in the hallway waking us up. It’s a good, safe location close to everything.

Amazing location! It’s literally right beside the Vatican walls, so you can walk everywhere. We booked the My Safe Place shuttle from FCO airport (€19.99), and it dropped us infront of the building. The neighborhood is fantastic, with lots of restaurants, pizzerias, gelaterias, and supermarkets just around the corner. The place itself is spotless, cozy, and you can really feel that everything is well thought out. A special shoutout to Ace—so kind, friendly, and always ready to help. Honestly, I couldn’t find a single thing to complain about. I’d happily stay here again in a heartbeat!

The room was spotless. Location was great. Plenty of shops, restaurants around and right beside the Vatican. (Amazing gelato just outside and gorgeous sandwich shop around the corner) Great facilities, perfect for our family of four with two young children. The air conditioning was AMAZING as it was very very hot out. We only actually saw the housekeeping staff (who were lovely) as it's like a remote check in. However, access was so easy and the check in instructions were perfect and we had some messages to check everything was ok for us and they were very helpful arranging a taker to the airport for us on our last day. We really enjoyed our stay.

If I'm nitpicking, one of the rooms was brighter than the other but I had my eye mask so it wasn't a problem.

The room is cleaned every day. The bed mattress is very comfortable. The bed does not creak. The bathroom is equipped with new and modern appliances. The accommodation has a common area equipped with Gimoka coffee machine, Russel Hobs coffee filter, Moulinex kettle, fridge, toaster, microwave, kitchen utensils, armchairs and sofa. From the common space you can go out onto the terrace in the inner courtyard equipped with a parasol, coffee table, chairs and a wooden sofa. There are many plants and flowers on the terrace. Access to the room is easy via the stairs or the elevator.

The rooms facing the street are a bit noisy but you can close the shutters and there is no noise.

We hadn't taken breakfast. But there were a lot of caffe places around where you could have an espresso or a cappuccino with a cornetto :)))

Maybe pay some attention about cleaning the roof top terrace as it looked a little abandoned. It is quite nice for taking some breakfast or a cup of caffe in the morning as a good start of your trip around the city or a glass of wine in the evening.

Great location and view. Our room overlooked busy Piazza del Risorgimento and we could see Castel Sant'Angelo in the distance, yet traffic noise inside the room was very limited. The reception was very friendly, but since the staff was usually not present, we had a great sense of privacy. The room was spacious and very clean. Also the shared spaces (kitchen, etc.) were tidy and clean.

Location: very near the Vatican. Ace, their staff made us check in early. He was considerate enough to at least give us some time to rest to explore the busy streets of Rome.

The AC,turns off in the middle of the night, you can always turn it back on. The toiletries come in sachet, you can always ask for more.

It was extremely clean, great AC (in the summer it was extremely appreciated!), location, accommodation and staff!! Overall it was a great stay, they have a little community kitchen with coffee and treats that was a great surprise. Also were flexible regarding luggage storage which really helped. Thank you to the staff and management!

The host was very responsive. We followed the instructions for checking in and everything went smoothly. Very nice location as it only took 5 min to walk to the Vatican City. The room is clean and big. We also enjoyed the kitchen area and the terrace. We rented a baby trolley from the host and it saved us!

The wifi was not very strong in my room

The location is absolutely perfect and all the facilities as well. The room and the entire apartament were clean, smelling as new. 10/10. In the kitchen you have tea, caffe, biscuits.. etc. We left the luggages there after the checkout until the evening and everything was fine. Definitevly when we will come back to Rome will stay here again.
