Prime location right beside the Vatican! Rooms are very spacious with new bathrooms! Definitely recommend a stay here as it is great value for money!

You must buzz the door everything to get in and leave keys at reception. While this is convenient at times it does require interaction with the receptionist who can be busy sometimes and you must wait.

I LOVED the location !!! It was close to many restaurants and metro stations so easy access. The hotel is just standard, nothing special and does the job.

The massive windows facing the Vatican building so many people queuing outside and can be a bit noisy as it’s by a busy road. Bathroom needs to be modernised & not the best breakfast. Apart from that, everything else was okay.

Very close to the metro station, walking distance to the Vatican and safe area to walk at night. Spacious room and spacious bathroom. Rooms were very clean. Powerful cooling AC, wonderful for warm days. Staff always very friendly. Mini fridge in the room.

You need to leave room key at reception. Elevator sometimes wasn’t working. Only one pillow provided. Heating for drying towels in the bathroom wasn’t working.

All the staff are very nice and helpfull. The location is perfect. 1 min to the Museum, 5 min to Piazza San Pietro, all bus stations to all directions are within 3-5 minutes. The best ice cream ever within 3 min next to Burger King. After the first day of being cold in the room, we asked for heating and it was solved. The caffee at breakfast is very good!!

Breakfast can be improved, I was missing some vegetables, the only option were some cherry tomatoes. The caffee and Tea is not self served but you have to ask all the time. You will get it just have to ask for it. A water boiler could be placed in the room .

The hotel is located in a beautiful building, an old convent. The location is very convenient, a nice view from the window of the Vatican museum and a constant queue. Very nice staff.

The rooms look a little better in the photos than in real life, but generally it's not a big problem.

It was in a quiet area right next to the vatican museum and the noise from the people lining up was not too bad with the windows closed. The room was a little warm, and I guess by law, the air-conditioning couldn't be turned on during the season i was there... which is too bad because I couldn't sleep well due to the heat. There was also large ants coming out of the wall from the sink pipe in the bathroom, which showed up around 8am and disappeared at 10am. Luckily, it was the last day while I was waiting for my train time.

Fridge in our room didn’t work, and would have like some more toiletries provided but otherwise everything was great!

The staff were welcoming and friendly and have good safety advice.

Very basic room, the shower was not very powerful. No hot drink making facilities.

Fantastic, friendly multi-lingual staff. Spotlessly clean. Couldn't have a more perfect location for visiting the Vatican, Sistine Chapel, St Peters etc. Quiet room (with a view of Viale Vaticano, and the queues!). Warm. TV and everything worked perfectly. Excellent place with bar downstairs and generous breakfast (for Italy) on offer for extra cost. Luggage storage. Very glad to have chosen here - would stay here again and recommend to people visiting Rome. Also - 24 hour access (thank goodness!). Short walk from Ottaviano metro.

For us, the bed was a little hard. We weren't very physically fit! Many people probably find it fine or even prefer, but for us - just our opinion - the mattress was a little hard.

The place was great. AC worked, the bed was hard but I like that so it was awesome. Great location, easy to get too and even though we were facing the street of the Vatican you couldn't really hear them at all. The room came with a safe and the receptionist was amazing he helped us out so much and gave us a ton of useful information! Proximity to the Vatican was nice and about a 20 min walk to the Pantheon and historic Rome so was walkable.

They give you the smallest amount of soap and shampoo which wasn't great. They only allow AC after June 1st which we arrived on so that was lucky and the WIFI only works in the lobby not in the rooms which was inconvenient but not the end of the world as we bought a sim.
