I really liked the fact that the beds were super comfortable for sleep, probably the best bed in a hotel I have ever slept on. The madam that was daily cleaning the room was doing a really good job at keeping our room fresh and neat. Good job. A lot of restaurants around, especially you can find good and affordable breakfasts around the hotel. Overall, I think it was really cozy

I think there should either be a new paint applied on the walls or maybe they should be washed a bit. For a 4 star hotel, the walls should be clean. A lot of spots and lines of dirt on the walls inside the room. In the first day we waited for the hot water to come for a bath for like 20 minutes, but after that it got ok, the hot water was coming in like a minute or two. I don't know what was the problem on the first day, but we got really frustrated for waiting for so long for the hot water to come

If you want a hotel that is as close to the Vatican as you can get, you should stay at the Tmark Hotel Vaticano; it is right across the street from the entrance to the Vatican museums. In addition, the hotel is walking distance to two metro stations, so well-placed to get around most of Rome. We chose a junior suite with a terrance that overlooked the street, and even with the terrace door open, the room was surprisingly quiet, even in early mornings when the buses arrived to discharge the tourists. The room was very comfortable. The hotel's roof top bar was a nice place to sit and relax with a drink before heading out to fight the crowds in Rome.

The room safe was broken and despite the hotel staff's best efforts couldn't be fixed. The breakfast at the hotel is disappointing and not good value for money; there are several cafes open early for breakfast in the area that are a better option.

The location was perfect. Just in front of the Vatican Museum. You can cross the street to enter. Walking distance from the St Peter Basilica. Getting there from the airport and going back was very easy. Staff is very friendly. I like to walk so, it is 25 mins walking from Piazza Navona and from there you ate close to every to everything

The room was fine. Even though the room was a non smoking, someone in the contiguous room was smoking I guess in the corridor so some of the smoke entered to the room and also from the window in the bathroom. Our room was inside so not noise at all. You can sleep very well. The top of our visit is that coincidence we were the when thenPope Leon XIV was elected.

The staff was amazing and helpful. The restaurants they have recommended were tradicional and although a bit expensive, well worth it. The location is perfect if you want to explore the Vatican and its surroundings, but also convenient for the rest of Rome as the metro A-line is a 5-minutes walk away. The beds were comfortable snd the linen were good quality.

While the rooms are clean and comfortable, the soundproofing needs improving, especially if you have a room facing the main street. However, our main complaint was the bathroom. The flush deposit was defective and leaked throughout the night, which has affected our sleep. On the second night, we were kindly upgraded to a better room (after requesting that they check the flush deposit on our original room) , but unfortunately, the problem remained. Even on this second, nicer room, the flush deposit was leaking. As a secondary feedback, it's visible that the rooms are heavily used and the decoration is a bit outdated.

Superb location, cross-the-street from Vatican Museum. Walkable distance to main sights in Rome, also relatively close to metro stop Ottaviano. Rooftop terrace with nice view, ideal for relaxation during sunny days.

Staff was so nice and helpful

We chose this hotel for the location and it did not disappoint, especially if you have an early morning Vatican tour. Once you get through the crowds outside we were surprised by the good restaurants nearby that were wonderful and not a tourist trap. Prices were great 5 euros for a good glass of wine and great service.

The breakfast could have been better according to my husband. I thought it was great. It was the first egg I had had in Italy after a week. Nice dining area with tablecloths and quiet.

I liked the proximity of the hotel. It was across the street from the Vatican Museum entrance and only 1 km (5 blocks) from the main entrance to Saint Peter's Square. There were MANY cafe' choices, grocery stores, tourist information shops every 50 meters or so. The hotel's lobby and garden on top were quite charming and very well appointed-but they had very strict hours of operation so recommended getting something to drink at a grocery store around the corner if one wanted to drink when those services were closed. There was definitely a city vibe and very busy street below where thousands of tourists queued. It was really exciting. I liked how the concierge was able to communicate with us though we only spoke English. I really appreciated that.

Rome was really polluted where we stayed and the dirt and dust from the environment was collecting on the lamps and on top of the doorposts and pictures. On top of this, there was a sandstorm from the Saharra Desert that added to this. There was not central air available-at least it did not work in my room. Even if there was, the filter was filthy and would have added to the polutants in the air.

It is right across from the Vatican and highly rated, qualified tour companies are right on the next street. In other words, it is in an ideal location, especially for those who come for the Vatican. It is also very close to metro and bus stops, so city transportation is very easy. Additionally, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Ulaşım kolay, Vatikan manzaralı ve ilgili personel.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. Maybe disposable slippers could be placed in the rooms. I think the air conditioner in my room was broken when I arrived and the room was too cold for me, but I reported it to the reception and the problem was solved immediately. Of course, such minor disruptions can happen in every business. The important thing is a quick solution and this hotel was very good in this regard. Lovely hotel with nice vibes in a brilliant location (literally opposite Vatican museum entrance). Quiet, clean and had a homely warmth about it, we were happy to return to our room after a day of sightseeing. Bedroom (twin) and bathroom big and with everything you could possibly need. Great value for money, would recommend to family and friends.. Restaurants, bars and cafes nearby and a handy supermarket 2 mins away. We didn't opt for breakfast included but it was handy to have as an option for one of the rainy mornings.

Breakfast is fairly basic for 20 euros per person (although all you can eat).
