Lady on reception was really kind and helpful, she gave us a lot of advices about tourist attractions and helped us with tickets as well. Never met nicer person when it comes to booking. We also came earlier than we should (30 minutes) and it was not a problem at all. Room was super clean and daily housekeeping was perfect. Also room was way bigger than expected It was close to the metro Bed was comfortable All facilities were present For staying for 4 nights it's very good choice!

Paper walls - you could hear everything on the outside like it's in the room and same with hallway - when anybody came at night, there's no chance that you will not be woken up Location itself is great because of metro station, but it's terrible here. A lot of homeless, mess, stench - but it was more sad than dangerous I'd say Basin flow off very slowly, was not the best experience to brush teeth here. Overall all these thing are just really small things, there's absolutely nothing to worry about.

In terms of value for money this guest house is one of the best places I have ever booked. The location is fantastic, the price is great, the staff is very friendly and the amenities are extraordinary for the price category. Our room had AC, a fridge, a coffee machine and a private terrace. I can fully recommend staying here.

This is a lovely little guest house, the rooms are very cosy, comfortable and nicely decorated with everything you need. There is also a lovely terrace outside which is available to all guests with a couch and chairs, and a coffee machine and water. We would like to highlight how amazing the receptionist Aida was: she's basically running the place and was very kind and friendly and always available for anything we needed. She really did a fantastic job and made us feel at home. Thank you Aida! The guest house is also super close to the metro station which makes it very convenient to get to the city centre of Rome in only around 10/ 15 minutes. And only a walking distance from the Vatican.

The only problem was maybe that being a small guest house, you can hear through the walls a bit too much, so if guests are checking out early and not being very discreet, you can easily hear them passing by your room. But it was really not a big nuisance and only happened a couple of times.

A very good guest house , in a rather good neighborhood . There is a very helpful reception from morning to afternoon ,The room was very clean ( it was cleaned every day) , and the cute terrace with the free coffee was a plus to our staying. There is a super market , very close to the guest house , a few good restaurants and the most important very close to line A of metro !!! I loved the bed and the fact that there was always , no matter the time of the day , warm water . I hope to visit Rome again and I will stay at the InnVatican guest house for sure !!!

There were only Italian channels on the T.V. May be one or two English channels would be useful!!

I like the location, it is 1min from Cipro metro station. The building is beautiful and the accomodation is nice and clean. The Rooms are on the high ground floor, shared terrace is very nice and spacious. The woman at the reception is very kind and always helpful. It's nice neighborhood. The accomodation is near Bonci pizzeria :)

The room does not have a window, but only a door that leads to the common terrace. We didn't get fresh clean towels every day, but I believe we would have if we asked.

In principle, everything is great except for a few little things that didn't even catch my attention. The room is comfortable, the hostess is friendly and very nice. Room was cleaned constantly. Also, the location is good. When traveling to Rome, the probability that we will return here is very high.

There is commute area which provides free coffee and facility of microwave, kettle etc. very good to have a chat with friends ~ the location is fantastic ! close to Vatican~ few stations from central but less crowd and in walkable distance! there is also a great pizza shop nearby which you could also give it a try when reach there :) Overall! It’s nice to stay here ! The host is so enthusiastic

You cannot control who will also stay in the property during your stay! it might be a bit loud at midnight if they come back late and make a noise!

Good location, few minutes walk from Vatican and Valle Aurelia train station (connected to Fiumicino airport via station Trastevere, 1 hour ride in total to property), cleanliness of the facilities, stuff. We did self check in without any problems as we arrived lately at the property.

Shower was in a bad shape.

Large room, nicely separated for two plus one person by partition, with exit to terrase, cleaning perfect every day, possibility to make tea or coffee in the room or in the terrase, very nice welcome by staff. good location - close to the Vatican, but well connected to city centre by metro and bus in proximity. Excellent taxi service. Did not expect that a guest house could offer so nice service and facilities.

Construction sounds in the backyard one morning and a bit of humidity as it is ground floor, but nothing negative.

The room was very clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was small but comfortable. The bed, the shower, the pillow and the lights were good. It was a very good experience and great value for the money.

The room could have better ventilation. The room lacked windows so it would get a bit hot in the middle of the night but too cold to use the air conditioner. Perhaps leaving a desk fan for guests would be a good option so that more air could circulate in the room.
