The location is close to Vatican (museum and basilica), about 10-15 min walk. 10 min to Valle Aurelia metro, a few stops from the city's centre (Fontana di Trevi, Barberini, Spagna) It has a fridge in the room, close to a quite large supermarket (we took something to eat for the breakfast) Close to a Pasticeria and Pizza Shop. Clean towels, comfy beds, room big for 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids). Hot water It really was lovely

Host was very helpful and friendly. Giuseppe made us feel welcome. He was able to call us a car to get us to an early airport departure.

Very kind and considerate host Giuseppe that tries his best to accommodate the requests and help. Good contact via emails with detailed instructions sent by Giuseppe via WhatsApp on the day of our arrival. Giuseppe met us at the bus stop to show us how to the to the apartment and the late check-in available at an additional price. Giuseppe also sorted a private hire driver Franceso to take us back to the airport (certainly at an additional cost). The apartment is conveniently located with several bus lines and two metro stations nearby, including Il Pappagallo Bar that is open 24 h. Our room was clean and of generous size with comfy bed mattress. Kettle, tea, coffee, cups, towels, bottled water and hairdryer as standard. The room got cleaned at the second day of our stay, which in my eyes was completely unnecessary as we were staying only for three nights, however this only gives credit to Giuseppe's attentiveness.

Not really much to say as we were out of the apartment for 12 to 14 h per day. If I want to very picky I'd point out the hot water in the shower appears after a minute or two of waiting but is a bit tricky to control; gets icy-cold very easy and takes some time to become hot again. Lastly, the air-con remote controller was missing in our room but because the weather wasn't particularly hot, we didn't need to use nor we asked Giuseppe for it.

Great and friendly owner, he helped us a lot with everything we needed. The room (for 3 people) was big and the beds were comfortable. The radiator was open so the temperature was good. Close to the apartment there are places for food, drink, mini markets etc.

The bathroom door had a gap on top so it is not soundproof. The house is a bit away from the center so you always need a bus. The apartment though, is close (5-10 minutes on foot) from the bus and metro station.

The hosts were amazing. Always there for whatever I needed. One day, there was a problem in the street and the municipality had tu cut the water supply to everyone in the area. Mr. Walter was there to propose any kind of possible solutions and alternatives. Thank you!

It was very hard (near impossible) to get warm water from the shower. Me and my Family got to shower with cold water because it would take around 10 min to get hot and it would last for less than 30 secs. Other than that, the WC seemed to struggle to flush. In general, the bathroom might need an upgrade :)

The location was good, close to bus stops and train/metro stations. 15 min walk to Vatican city. Supermarket was also quite nearby. The area was calm. The room was clean, there were spare bed sheets and towels. The host was super helpful and friendly. There was a small balcony with a table and chairs, which was also cozy and a nice addition. The internet connection was really good as well.

We arrived early and it was not a problem. Communication and the location were excellent in the centre of Rome. We were given expert advice on the area, restuarants and bars, as well as the local transport system. Our accommodation was close to buses and metro, and about 20 minutes' walk from the Vatican and the River Tiber. Our room was very clean and had everything we needed.

The accommodation was absolutely sufficient for our needs during our stay in Rome, near the Vatican. Room for 4 people with private bathroom, comfortable beds, kettle, mugs, coffee, tea, water available. The host Giuseppe is very pleasant, always willing to help, he responded to our messages immediately, gave us a map and showed us the best way to get to the historic center of Rome. On the last day of our stay, he willingly stored our luggage for us until our flight home, for which we thank him very much, it was very helpful. We can definitely recommend this accommodation, we would definitely stay here again next time.

The room was really nice and cozy. We had a small balcony and it was really nice to have breakfast there. Location is also good, just 10 minutes walking to the nearest metro. There are many shops and cafes in the surrounding area 👌🏼 The owner was really kind and easy to communicate. He added another bed for my friend when I asked and I'm grateful to him for that. Very nice place to stay, not far from city centre, but not crowded area 👍🏼

The location is great, just 20 minutes walking to the Vaticano. Also, the bus stops outside the hotel. Giuseppe is great, he explained to me how to get to the place perfectly and also gave us a lot of recommendations of where to eat and go. The place was clean and you got Coffee and tea on arrival. We recommend it!
