The accommodation was very clean, tidy, and extremely comfortable. From the very beginning, we had direct communication with the host, who was kind and attentive throughout our stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which we truly appreciated given the intense heat wave in Rome during those days. Both the room and the bathroom were spotless, and the surrounding area was very quiet—ideal for relaxing. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience that we would definitely recommend.

The only downside for us was the location, which is a bit far from most of Rome’s main attractions. That said, it’s just a 15-minute walk to the Vatican—so if that’s your main focus, the spot is perfect. In our case, we wanted to explore a broader range of sights, and reaching places like the Colosseum and Palatine Hill took around 30 minutes by bus, including two transfers.

The room is located very close to Vatican and to the bus station, so it is very easy to get everywhere you want by foot or using public transport. Room is part of rebuild apartment and includes private bathroom. The main thing worth mentioning is that it was very clean, what is the most important for me. The mattress and pillows are comfortable and the bed is quite wide for two adults. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Great host, very responsive and helpful at all times. The place itself was comfortable, had AC, a balcony and clean facilities. Location was fantastic. We really appreciated it as a couple travelling on a budget. We got to keave our luggage behind and explore in the morning before our flight and I really appreciated the kind gesture as it required the host organising it for us.

The value of the room was fantastic. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. They provided a small fridge, coffee and tea making supplies, toiletries, and nice bed linens. It is a small room but we spent 1 day and it was adequate. They offered a TV, free wifi and a small lift. The staff was wonderful and helped me with my luggage. I would stay again for short visits. We ate "all you can eat" sushi at a nearby restaurant and it was excellent.

I could hear quite a bit of traffic noise, especially with window open.

The accommodation was very close to San Damaso bus station in Gregorio. The apartment was immaculately clean and we'll resourced..making our stay very pleasant and comfortable. The host communicated very efficiently and was respectful and very kind. I will certainly choose to stay there again.

It was close to the Vatican, 15 min walk. The room was big enough for 2 people, it had a balcony. The owner left us water and coffe pods so we can drink every morning. They replyed fast to all our questions via whatsapp. The bed was super comfortable and they cleaned the room every morning.

I didn't liked that the walls were a little dirty and it was quite noisy due to the traffic.

the room was soo small. there was the bed and almost no space left on the sides. the only place where you could store the clothes, drawers under the bed were so dusty that I ruined a t-shirt.

Very well equipped, clean and cosy , close to the bus stop which took us everywhere, a 10 min walk to the Vatican.

The accommodation was amazing, the room had a nice atmosphere. There was no problem with a later check-in. The room had a hot tub and a coffee maker. There was breakfast in the bar below the accommodation which included a croissant and coffee, it was very tasty. They also had excellent pizza in this bar. Free street parking was found close to the accommodation. Excellent location near the center of Rome and the Vatican.
