My parents and I stayed for 3 nights there and everything was excellent. They kept the communication with us and gave us the instructions before we arrived. Then, when we arrived the room was clean and nicely organized. The breakfast is delicious. Our return flight was early in the morning so they left us the breakfast in our room the day before so we could eat before we left. Also, they helped us to find transportation to the airport because we had many luggage to handle and it was Sunday 4am. I just want to thank them and highly recommend Casa Mia Vaticano for you to stay in a great place for a reasonable rice in a perfect location.

We decided to stay with the Casa Mia Vaticano Guest House and so happy we did. We had a lovely welcome and given a map and information on how we could use the local bus which stopped across the street.Although being a disabled person we didn't use this. There were three of us on the trip and we stayed in the Junior Suite. Room was really clean.. Our beds were so comfy, with lovely white bed linen, always re made for us when we arrived back after our day trips. Thank you guys that was much appreciated 😊 . The air conditioning was so welcomed and kept our room cool. Having a wee fridge was handy, keeping our food and drinks cool and fresh. No noise from the fridge especially at nighttime was a bonus Bathroom had a shower and had everything you need including toiletries Loved our wee.balcony as we could sit out and enjoy the sun and watch life go by. We could choose to have breakfast in the room if we wanted and brought to us. Which was perfect for us. As we were leaving for the airport during the night we were left some foods to eat, that we would not be leaving hungry.. Thank You. Would recommend this Guest House to everyone especially those who like a home from home while on holiday. It was Simply Perfection. Thank you guys for an amazing stay. Keep up the great work.

This is my opinion just, The weather was so hot as we arrived at the Guest House in the midday sun, we had bought water at the airport but it gets warm quickly and undrinkable, we went into the room and there was A can of Fanta and Coke and 2 bottles of water in the fridge. Brilliant and very welcome but then saw we had to pay for it. Think if you could put some water in the fridge for guests at no extra cost when arriving in from the heat would be an advantage for your business. Think a little more choice of pastries and some fruit for breakfast ( I'm not fond of ham and cheese in bread early in the morning, croissants were delicious though) and your Guest House would be up there with the best of hotels Rome has to offer.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Casa Mia Vaticano Guest House, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. The host's energy was incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel like we were at home. They were always available to offer helpful tips and recommendations, which truly enhanced our experience in the city. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable. The location was another highlight. Situated pretty close to the Vatican, it was the perfect base for exploring St. Peter's Basilica. A bus stop is just in front of the property, offering easy access to major attractions throughout Rome. As for breakfast, it was a delightful Italian cliché, with a delicious sweet and, of course, rich coffee — capuchino, a perfect way to start the day! Overall, I had an amazing experience, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to this beautiful city!

Excellent customer service! The staff is super friendly, very welcoming. The room was exactly as advertised, super cute. Its easy to take a bus to the touristy destinations.

The location isn't that great, there is not much close. It's more of a residential area with not a lot of great options for food. The breakfast included was awful, don't bother with it. The room isnt very sound proof, you are in a building with several rooms back to back; breakfast starts at 7, so you will hear a lot of noise early. And also, some ppl arrive late, so you will hear it at 1am etc. Also, shower is so tiny and you have to hold the shower head to wash because it doesnt mount properly.

The hotel is located on a busy street and is about a 15 minute or so walk to the Vatican. I picked the location since it was located near where we had our first tour of the day. Getting into the hotel is a little different, there is a security pad on the front door, then you go up tot he 2nd floor to access the living spaces with another security pad. We were arriving later than expected so the hotel (Rosanna) and I were communicating using WhatsApp and she explained the address, location of security pads along with pictures. Once we parked and got tot he building it was an incredible easy process to get to our room. The Hotel was spotless inside and the room, bathroom, and balcony were all very nice. The room pics on there Booking site are accurate, nice place. We stayed two nights and we left our rental car parked on the street and there were absolutely no issues or problems. The first morning we were getting ready to leave to walk to the tour site that was on the other side of the Vatican complex and the owners I believe, a nice young and lady actually packed us a "to do" bag with breakfast and drinks for us to eat on our walk and I thought that was very nice of them. It is about a 13-15 Euro taxi ride to or from the Trastevere area (lots of restaurants) and to the area just west of the Colosseum. Kia ora (greetings)! Ngā mihi nui (thank you), for a wonderful one night stay. Your whare (house) was immaculate, clean and cosy comfortable! Especially the pull out sofa! I felt like I was in an actual bed. Parakuihi (breakfast) served by the wahine ātaahua! (beautiful woman) Julia was exceptional! The little restaurant/bar just a few steps away from our accom was great value for money. A short uber ride into Rome central, everything was perfecto! The location of this place is perfect for visiting all of the sites around Rome with a bus stop right outside the door. The staff were amazing, friendly , welcoming, helpful and accommodating. The bed and room were very comfortable and there was a plentiful supply of hot water. We really enjoyed having the balcony where we could sit and have wine & beer from the local shop and pizza from the takeaway kit at a few metres down the street. Breakfast was great too, with plenty of choices from the continental style service with endless coffee & juice. Security was fine with door access codes from outside and a good lock on the room door. There was air conditioning in the room, plus plenty of sockets and good wi-fi. Arranged taxi pickup and drop off to the airport Thoroughly recommend using this place to anyone.

Absolutely nothing

Small but clean and comfortable room. Bed was nice and the shower was hot and powerful. Perfect place to stay for a long weekend trip like we did. Staff were very friendly, communication via WhatsApp was good before we arrived. They were very helpful with getting us tickets to attractions we hadn't pre-booked which saved us lots of time when we got there. If you plan on staying busy and need a comfy place to crash for the nights, this is perfect.

Nothing to complain about. The breakfasts probably won't be to everyone's taste. It was sweet pastries, a yoghurt and toastie each morning. We're not too fussy and it was fine for us but don't expect a big spread of food.

My partner and I stayed here for four nights and couldn't have been more impressed. The rooms were warm and comfortable and the service from Sarah and her colleagues was top quality. The breakfast was a great way to start the day and the staff was very helpful with any questions we had. The location was great as we walked pretty much everywhere and Sarah was able to help us book any outstanding attraction tickets we needed. Casa Mia Vaticano could not have been more perfectly located to ensure we made it to an 8:15 am Vatican tour the following morning. Access was simple, with very clear instructions. The room itself was LOVELY!! The decor was out of a magazine. Very soft, romantic, and practical. The room, bath, and patio were immaculate. I especially loved the water pressure, hot water, drying lights in the shower, and the fragrance throughout the suite. The room was set up very efficiently. The three of us were quite comfortable. There is a delicious breakfast that the warm, hospitable staff works hard at preparing. Unfortunately, we were running out early, but the impressive gentleman preparing it wouldn't let us go without something to enjoy on our way. And, that we did. The Nutella croissant was "to die for," as we say! Delicious!!! The location also has a grocery market within the block, a great little pizzeria within two blocks, and an ATM across the street. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Casa Mia Vaticano and know I will be back! If you are looking for a comfortable, quiet night's sleep in a Roman upscale neighborhood with a great deal of amenities, this is it!! I almost forgot to mention that booking messed up my reservation, making it one night instead of the two it was supposed to be. Thankfully, Casa Mia Vaticano's staff had it correct!! Thank you so much for that!!! Loved our stay!! 🤩😍😘
