Lovely apartment with nice garden areas outside. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. There was a good kitchen area with some lovely breakfast items provided. Location was good, we walked to the Vatican in roughly 20 minutes, but you can also take public transport, or if you're driving theres lots of free on street parking outside, or a paid parking garage just a few doors down the street. My wife unfortunately got quite sick just before our check in, but the lovely lady working there made sure she was OK while I took our son out.

The location of the hotel was absolutely wonderful — just a 15–20 minute walk to Vatican City, and with excellent bus connections to virtually every part of Rome. The area is surrounded by plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, and supermarkets, making it super convenient. Overall, it’s a great location and it was truly a great stay. The hotel itself was clean and well-prepared. We were warmly welcomed by a very polite and helpful receptionist who took the time to explain everything about the check-in/check-out process and the available facilities. She also gave us great tips on where to find the nearest local shops. Overall, a very pleasant stay — highly recommended!

We spent a great week in the apartment. The room was cozy and had its own kettle and small refrigerator. The shared kitchen had a lot of equipment for cooking, and free cookies and tea were always available. There was a supermarket just around the corner so you can buy food and cook it yourself if you wanted. The staff were really nice and friendly. The location is really good for visiting the Vatican, we were able to walk there early in the morning and skip the huge line. There are also buses and a train station nearby, so you can easily get around the city and to the airport. Thank you for the nice stay!

Well, to be honest, my first impression was on the landlord of the apartment, Mr. Stefano Arcieri, he is a person with a unique character, in fact I have been to several AIRBNBs around the world, and I had the opportunity to meet many good landlords, but Stefano received a 100% star rating, a super nice guy, respectful and professional that he was dealing with us from the first day to the last day. Thanks 🙏 . We found the apartment super organized, more than what is described in the presentation on Booking.com, the neighborhood where the apartment is located is completely safe and quiet area for my family and I as tourists, this helped us to have a good rest after a long sightseeing tour. through the fantastic streets of Rome, in such a way that we feel even much happier. Talking more about the apartment itself , the bedroom and bathroom were completely hygienic and had five very comfortable beds, the bed sheets and bath towels were super hygienic, it has a heater and also has AC, the kitchen has everything you need which was useful and served us for our stay, I also want to thank you Stefano in advance for the breakfast and say that we loved that big bread 😂. The neighborhood has several restaurants around, there is also a variety of stores for shopping for food, my family and I loved staying there, and we already consider the apartment as our favorite place for our next visits to Rome.

Our dreams of Rome have come true! Thank you so much for the warm hospitality! Our friends and I stayed in the 'Love' and 'Passion' rooms (aptly named), and we are all extremely pleased. The atmosphere was cozy, and the location was excellent - not far from the Vatican and the center of Rome. I want to highlight the incredibly convenient kitchen with all the amenities and delicious treats. Everything we needed was there: a coffee machine, snacks, corkscrew, knives, dishes, and even an iron. Everything was clean, comfortable, and the location is superb. We will definitely come back here!

The place was exactly as shown in pictures. Clean and quiet. We could cook something in the shared kitchen which was good.

The bed could be better. The breakfast wasn't bad, but they could improve. No fruits, no juice, no ham or cheese and no bread. Only some sweet staff like the one you buy in the supermarket, and some cookies.

The hotel has a great location, very closed to important landmarks and areas of interest. Breakfast was small, but perfect to begin the day. The staff, was very friendly and supportive, willing to help.

The pics show a bigger Hotel than it actually is. We were concerned at the begining, but after seeing the room and spending the night it was all good.

The enchanting "Dreams of Rome" hotel welcomed us on our maiden voyage to Rome, and its name lived up to our expectations. The rooms were tastefully decorated, radiating a palpable sense of love. The kitchen, stocked with all essentials, and the delectable coffee added a delightful touch. Its prime location allowed us to leisurely walk 20 minutes to the Vatican, with the city center unfolding just across the bridge. Every element of our stay surpassed our expectations, making a return visit inevitable. Looking forward to our next Roman rendezvous!

Host was kind, responsive and helpful. Great value, with ability to accommodate my family of 5 within walking distance to the Vatican. Having breakfast included was a nice touch!

Some items in the room needed fixing: burnt out light bulb in bathroom, room safe broken (connecting wire from battery to keypad broken).

The place is bit away from Roma termini but actually closer to most attractions in rome. 30 min by bus and then 10-15 min to any major attraction in Rome. Just 5-7 minutes by public transport to vatican. Check in was easy and they let us check in few hours early. Room was super clean and the kitchen had everything you need for a great stay.

Some noise when water was being filling is after use in the bathroom was bit irritating but can be overlooked.
