Jacuzzi was great in the room. Bed was comfortable and access to the balcony was a good addition. Staff is really helpful and accommodating, ready to help and solve any issues.

Little far from centre for its price, but the bus is literally in front of the place. Walls are extra thin, so it might not be great for light sleepers. There’s a be quiet after 11pm rule, but since these are honeymoon suites…not everyone will do so.

It's the best hotel in which I have ever been ! We were more than surprised when we arrived ! Receptionist waited for us and he was more than kind and polite ! He showed everything to us and they gave us room which we wanted ! Also they made everything perfectly like I asked in " special requirements " ! Room is amazing ! Bed was more than comfortable, the jacuzzi was more than interesting and we couldn't wait to try it and watch movies ! Honestly, we spent more time in the room than outside ! They cleaned our room everyday and they change towels each day ! It was more than perfect and I highly suggest to everyone to stay here without thinking ! Near to them apartments exist Metro and we had access to each part of the city ! They made our trip unforgettable and I am more than happy why I booked this room ! I also asked to borrow a pen from them because I needed it to write something, and they gifted me 2 pens with their logo ! Also we bought pudding and we forgot to buy spoons and they gave us spoons ! They are more than ready to help you in everything, to put your satisfaction to the highest level and to make your travel unforgettable ! Once more I personally must say thanks to all the staff and to them receptionist, who is the most kind and polite person I ever met ! Real gentlemen ! Thank you from both of us 💖💖💖

Good place, Spa bath inside is a blast! Checkout was a bit stressful as i left the keys and forgot, that entrance door is also locked and i couldn't reach anyone to help me. In the end got out through garage doors. Overall place meet the expectatios, although a slight renovation would be great. In my room balcony doors were not working correctly. Staff is friendly. Close to Vatican ( 15-20 min on foot), bus stop just near the place. Would certainly recommend.

Everything was unbelievable, Rony was the soundest host I ever dealt with . It was my girlfriends birthday on arrival so I messaged him to see if he could do anything as we were traveling from Venice that day , he sorted chocolates and drinks and had rose petals around the jacuzzi was very romantic and she was delighted he saved me there 😂 very clean bed was very comfortable the tv was huge and had Netflix, after long days walking around in the heat of Rome some nights were nice to chill and get a pizza delivered. Rony was helpful from start to finish, with bus info and info of the city a top host, really appreciated him and would recommend here 100%. Also the room and towels and bed were cleaned everyday. I have stayed in many hotels that when you are there a week only change every second day . Was a nice touch coming in wrecked to a spotless room and fresh bedding . If I ever go to Rome again I'll be going straight here

It was a very romantic, spacious room with bubble bath next to Vatican. The whole vibe was quite classy and clean. I loved the experience and would definetly come back there

The owner was amazing! He was very friendly, calm and helpful. He ordered food for us one day because our app didn't work, we printed some papers for use, he was just the best. The girl cleaning was always very very nice and polite. The location was luxurious indeed, the bathroom looked perfect. The jacuzzi was nice, it wasn't crazy big but both me and me girl fit. The bed was nice even though it had a weird circular shape. The balcony was good, spacious and even though we didn't have an open view (there was another building right in front), the view was great, lots of plants.

The neighbours were noisy several times. We stayed a lot (11 nights) so we've encountered all kinds of guests. Even thought the owner enforced the "quiet after 11 PM rule" by knocking on doors, this was a recurring problem, mainly because of the poor sound isolation. Other than that, the room was kinda small and had a "cold vibe" (it's about perspective, for me it felt luxurious but for my girlfriend it wasn't cosy enough)

Very good facilities. Very comfortable bed. Amazing hot tub in the room. Very friendly host and cleaner. Room cleaned every day. Good connection to the city centre by bus and metro.

The only negative was the furniture was a little outdated and scratched, but not a major issue.

Late check in which we needed due to our late arrival. The owner was always on the phone if we ever needed anything at any time. loved the room and sweet balcony, amazing location, and staff was amazing! we got a chauffeur to give us a lift to the airport which was amazing ! we were looked after! felt homey due to the warm welcome and the way we were looked after! safety was a key factor due to the gate entrance and door locks.
