The place was amazing, the location was more than perfect – there was a bus stop right in front of the hotel where you can catch a bus leading to the most unique attractions of Rome. The staff were very helpful, they gave us a map of all the important places and gave us transportation suggestions. They were all very kind and understanding. The breakfast was very including and very delicious, a variety of choices for food were given for us. Our room was next to the kitchen and it was very comfortable. The room had a balcony and it was amazing!!!

We were provided an upgrade to an apartment which was so cool. This apartment is 2 mins away from the BNB with the little inconvenience of walking there for breakfast everyday. But it was a really nice apartment with all basic facilities including an umbrella for the unfortunate rain. Apartment came with a lovely big bed, seperate living room with a couch and additional bed etc. Staff was so welcoming. Explained everything in detail. Breakfast - Nice breakfast. All basics - bread, toaster, some fruits, boiled egg, cold cuts, few pattisserie items , cereals. So overall breakfast is indeed nice with 2 kins of juices. They also provide coffee to your preference. Public Transport - Easily available right across the road.

1) Bathroom did not have a holder for soap / gel etc - which was little inconvenient 2) Commode - while it did not look dirty - it was so black (may be from several years of not used properly in the past).

A good value, well located hotel ie near transport hubs in a local neighbourhood. Local eateries outside the door if you don't want to go too far. Staff are very helpful and the breakfast is plentiful and tasty. The hotel is part of block of flats which could be a be bit difficult to find. There is a small plaque outside so keep your eyes open.We booked a taxi from the airport so we're by met by the manager outside. There is a fabulous local resturant 20 metres away which frequented three times.

The reception and breakfast people were really nice, the apartment is located really well, 20min by bus (near the accommodation) to the centre of the Rome and 2km to Vatican city. Breakfast was good, but when we came after 9 o’clock they did not full some things to breakfast, so we dod not have much choice. I was surprised they offer you cappuccino or espresso for breakfast. They cleaned our room every day, nothing to really complain. The only thing is the reception closing at 8 o’clock p.m. and if you need later check in, it costs you 20€. For us it was pleasant stay and we recommend it🙂8/10

The personnel was really nice, especially the young lady who served the breakfast, she always had a few kind words to us and was also really nice to our baby.

The equipment of the bathroom could be improved a lot. The standing towel racks were rubbish (keeps falling over) the shower is in really bad condition (door needs repair) and there is no convenient place to put our shower gel and shampoo during the shower. The toilet paper holder on the wall is also useless.

I liked the fact that was in a residential area and quite close to the Vatican City. This way was good to feel the real vibe of the locals. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was good!

The only thing I would advise on this one is that if you want to visit city center Rome, the location is slightly distant from it and the traffic is chaotic. Also, it was not so easy to find the place as it is inside of an apartment building.

The room was comfortable and the location is very near to Vatican City as stated. It is close to many bus stops to go to points of interest. In addition, there are plenty of eateries nearby that you can have it during the day and even at night. If you are looking for a quiet accommodation and yet accessible, I highly recommend this accommodation.

The staff was so friendly! The pick up from the airport was so convenient. The room was a little small for 3 women, but we were not in the room anyways! Perfect to sleep and get ready! Super close to the bus stop which takes you pretty much anywhere. Would definitely stay again.

The room was a little small. The 3rd bed is more of a cot, a little uncomfortable, but I’ve slept on worse! Lol

Location and general services were great having in mind the affordable price. The staff was very kind and professional! We also had a great terace as a part of room, which was great as well.

The fact that it is actually a room into the bigger apartament - cuz the front desk is just beside our room. I felt like we couldnt be noisy as much as we can be, especially during the night.

We were able to book the room early (11 am) on arrival and leave our luggage there on departure. They were very flexible.This was very helpful for sightseeing.

WiFi in the room did not work. The breakfast selection wasn't large and the coffee was terrible.
