The experience was amazing! Let's start of with the location. The location is amazing, with perfect streets, a mini market outside, and a bus stop named Pio VIII. Secondly, the hotel room was amazing and comfortable... soft beds, comfy quilts and pillows, and amazing washroom with all facilities needed. A mini fridge and a bottle of water was provided as well. Lastly, a huge shout out to JON... He is an amazing receptionist who guided us with everything from bus tickets to how to reach major attractions. He is very respectful and super helpful. Overall, Vatican Central Suites is extraordinary and great value for money!! Highly recommended.

Everything was flawless!!

The staff was very friendly, nice and helpful. Even brought kettler to warm up our baby bottle. They had crib. The room is nice and clean. The location is nice as it is close to the vatican and has two buses to the city center.

The lift is a bit small for a stroller. The double bed was composed of two separate mattresses.

The location was great, the apartment was clean and the staff on the reception was very helpful. Most importantly, there was a coffee machine in the communal area.

Didn't like the lift, it was very small.

Location is close to the Vatican, either a short bus ride or a short hilly walk. The room was clean, and the staff member Jon was extremely friendly and helpful

The staff was very kind and available to help in any necessities you may need. The room is very clean and easy to find! Also very close to the metro station, bus stop and the Vatican City.

Super clean, nice bathroom, relatively cool room without direct sunlight (great in the summer!), 20-30 minute walk to the Vatican

Rather small for four people. A bit stingy with soap, shampoo and toilet paper for the group. A bit far from places but the bus stop was right there. Maybe providing more information about public transportation would be useful.

We liked everything, the staff is very helpful and friendly. They answered all our questions. The room was clean and well kept.

The hotel staff were wonderful with us, helping us either everything we needed.

I wish there were more stores and restaurants closer to the hotel.

It is super clean and very close to the city. The bus is in front of the property and the metro is 5-7 minutes walk.

Jon was amazing host. he was super nice and kinda with us and he gave us more information how to get the airport from there.

property very clean. elevator was not working well. The property is located at the second floor for us were not a big deal. I can tell that is the best option to book here if you want to go the Vatican. I don’t have any complains with them. i definitely come back again. thank you Jon you were amazing.
