The room was good! The bubble bath was really nice after a day of exploring Rome. The room was clean and the owner was also friendly. It was easy to communicate with him and when we arrived he was there to pick us up.

The rooms are pretty close to eachother. You can also hear other people on their room sometimes.

Due to cancellation of flight, unable to stay. Host was extreamly helpful. I'm sure when we go to Rome we will look to stay there.

The place was really nice, the subway is really close and from there you can go wherever you like whit no time

It wasn’t too clean. Not a big deal if you are not picky but still the fact that it wasn’t really clean

The jakuzi and room was nice. The location of the room was quite good. They had a transfer service from airport was qute easy and good.

Breakfast was not as I expected. (more lıke things can be bought outside biscuit,cereals...) The room was clean but was not smelling good. Communication with the owner was not so easy. We communicated through whatsapp there was noone waiting for us in the hotel. Because it is suite room I would expect more inside.

Comfortable rooms with working Air Conditioning as well hot showers. Comfortable bed. Decent room size. Coffee machine with capsules and cookies in room. Small fridge too.

Italian breakfast. Breakfast included only 1 coffee and 1 crossaint. I expected a Breakfast buffet! In my eyes, it was a big disappointment.

Nice building. The room was quite large and clean, comfy bed and pillows, nice shower. Close to the metro station and a shopping mall.

The owner lacks any communication skills which would be appreciated by the guest, he didn’t answer at all at my messages on booking / WhatsApp, he doesn’t provide you any useful information about your stay. The noise from the other rooms is quite annoying, especially if you are on a business trip. I could hear everything from the other rooms and the kitchen and for this I couldn’t sleep at night.

The place lacked the level of maintenance and cleanliness that is expected at the price range. We were charged more than expected at check-in time than we had agreed when making the reservation on Booking.com, albeit not by that much the surcharge was neither expected not justified. The bathroom door handle was broken and walls were blotchy. Not all light fixtures worked. The jacuzzi water jets were a gunky and foul smelling.

The bath was a nice addition to the room. And the space in the room was good

1) there were bed bugs/fleas? In the bed and both me and my partner were bitten in the night. 2) tea and coffee sachets but no milk. 3) Coffee pods, with no explanation on how to use the machine. 4) the cups just about fit a tea bag in. 5) 2 plug sockets to plug adaptors in, within the whole room, one being right next to the bath. 6) shower head was broken and water trickled out. 7) the bath water was warm, but you couldn’t have a hot bath. 8) there was no staff there the whole time to talk to about issues. 9) absolutely nowhere to park near the building. Terrible experience altogether!

we were talking to the owner via whats up and he was responding just nice before we reach the property. As soon as we arrived and paid he never replied our messages again! he showed us that he cared only about the money and he didnt even care to help us after the payment.
