Very helpful and nice staff. Good breakfast especially considering other 3-star locations. They have 2 ladies who do everything and they are great. Very quiet and relaxing. They have a small area outside reception where you can chill late on summer nights when the tempature is perfect. The rooms are very clean. A ton of wardrobe space if you’re there for a lengthly stay. Great AC unit and shower. Highly recommended for a couple, especially on somehwat of a budget.

Didn’t have a ‘’Do not disturb’’ card to hang on the door. City tax was a first for us, but they let you know online before booking and again when you arrive. The bathroom had a slightly strong smell from the pipes when we came back after many hours away. It would disappear as soon as we used water though. It’s a bit far away from Rome, but if you don’t mind a 15-20 minute metro ride & 5 minute walk it shouldn’t be a problem. Only 1 metro line goes all the way and last departure from Rome is before midnight. Also a shame that the fridge turns off when you leave for the day since the room card activates the electricity.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! From the moment we checked in, the staff were super nice and genuinely friendly. The room and the bathroom were very clean, which is always a big plus for us. Everything felt well taken care of and tidy throughout our visit. One of the highlights was how the team handled a small issue we had (nothing major — just a maintenance hiccup). They were quick to respond and resolved it with care and professionalism. That kind of attention makes a big difference! Location-wise, you're about 15–30 minutes from most of the main attractions, but that didn’t bother us at all because the subway/metro station is just a 5-minute walk away. Super convenient for getting around the city. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The staff was very kind and helpful for everything! We thought the room was good (air conditionner for hot days, warm hot shower, big bed) We enjoyed the breakfast which was a really good way to start every day! The hotel is close to the metro which is only 15- 20 min away from Termini

I think the room can be more sound proof (you can hear the doors shutting and people discussing in the corridors) and the bed a bit more comfortable (a little bit hard but not too much either). There aren't that many restaurants or supermarket options but the hotel is close to the metro and you can get food delivered also

The hotel was lovely, the room spacious and very clean (cleaning was done daily arranging the sheets and mainly cleaning the bathroom). Breakfast was very good with quite a few options but not very much variation from day to day. But that was okay because the number of options allow you to have something different each morning. The location is quite far from the city center but you can get there very easy with the metro (30 minute journey). The metro station is only a 5 - 10 minute walk from the hotel. We were aware of this before we arrived and it didn't bother us.

It's a very nice, clean hotel, with delicious breakfast, far from the city centre- last stop of the underground, but it is obvious especially that the price is low for the Rome standards, Very helpful personel ( I had some additional requests and they were not a problem)- thank You once again for tolerating my poor Italian skills...:)))

everything was fine

The hotel was clean and tidy, really comfy and the staff was amazing. The manager helped us a lot in getting the most out of Rome. The food was tasty. The location was near the metro station which makes it a lot easier to travel to long distances. Overall, we are happy with our stay at Hotel Roma Tiburtina.

We stayed for 6 days and the food was the same everyday. It was really tasty but it would be better if it was different from time to time.

Staff here is exceptional, particularly the owner who went out of his way to leave a little "Take Away" breakfast to accommodate our early departure and walk us through our early departure instructions. The hotel itself is well outside the city so much more peaceful than Rome proper. The have lovely common areas. The property was clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast buffet was exceptional. Very close to buses and metro makes for easy access to the city.

Honestly, I cannot think of anything that needed improvement.

The room was very nice, clean etc. The staff were helpful and friendly. We also had a nice view of a river from our bedroom. Location wise it was only about a 7/8 minute walk from the metro which was great as we used it every day.

The breakfast could have been a bit better. A lot of pastries and white bread which I don't eat for breakfast but there was some fruit and nice coffee so it wasn't all bad.

The staff team was amazing! They helped us with everything. The room was comfortable. We had everything we needed for a short break. The breakfast was delicious and set us up for a day of exploring Roma! The location was excellent for buses, the metro and local shops, including the Mozzico restaurant, Bellissimo!

The room was very small with a third bed in there. The cappuccino from the machine in the breakfast room wasn’t tasty in my personal opinion We experienced a robbery of a woman just outside the hotel-so maybe there could be made some adjustments concerning safety.
