The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. I just stayed for one night but would have loved to stay more. The staff are very helpful and friendly. There is a supermarket next to the building.

It depends on the purpose of your visit. It’s next to a metro station; however, it’s far from the city center where all the attractions are. If you’re planning to return to the hotel several times during the day, I don’t think it’s for you. But again, you’ll pay way much more.

GREAT place for the price. You cant go wrong here. Felt like the name (My sweet roman guesthouse lol) It is fairly close to the Monti Tiburtini metro station, youll be near the major attraction in just 20 minutes. The rooms are confortable and everything is clean. Please dont miss the Pizzeria Forno di Legna near Filippo Meda Street.

The breakfast its meh. But i think its an italian/cultural thing. If you're from the americas don't count too much on breakfast. It is a very good high quality snack, but not a "proper" breakfast.

Everything about this place was great. Easy check-in, large, very clean room and common area, nice kitchen with breakfast. Located close to the metro station in an area of Rome away from the crowded city center.

The neighbors were a bit noisy for two nights in a row, but this is nothing against the property itself.

Comfortable stay with everything I needed. I chose to stay here because I was looking for some stay near Tiburtina station, overall satisfied with my choice. Found a bottle of water and a juice in a glass bottle in the fridge which I appreciated. There is a coffee machine and packaged snacks for breakfast.

I was in Rome to care for a relative and I found the property very welcoming. I could warm up and cook some meals, which was what I needed. It was quiet and cheerful. It gives a creative feeling. By found that the other guests were very nice too

This is one of the best accommodations in its category that I have seen. Care for guests is felt everywhere.

The only thing I would like to correct is the flashing light in the room above the door. Most likely this is for security, perhaps an alarm. In the dark, it is a little distracting in the first stage of sleep.

The check in was easy, we called the owner and she guided us through it. The room was clean, bed comfortable and the bathroom nice as well. Breakfast was okay.

Clean, spacious, modern apartment with comfortable bed. Shared kitchen with self-service breakfast, which I appreciated. Breakfast was simple but nice, very good coffee. Communicative stuff! Close to the public transport.
