Good sized room though it lacked a desk or bench which would have been useful additional space as we were staying for 6 days. Helpful, friendly staff and great location for event we were attending (Metro on the doorstep). Area not the most salubrious location but had great cafes, restaurants (Maestro Mare Vino is excellent!), a supermarket and fabulous old bakery (Antico Forno) all close by.

Ice machine was not working for our entire stay (though they said that they had called for an engineer a few days before)

Large rooms with air conditioning, very clean, the hotel is right at a metro stop and it's easy to reach the city center. Very friendly and helpful stuff. A well supplied vending machines at the reception with reasonable prices.

While rooms are large, they are very simple. There are no chairs and no desk, only a small board attached to one of the beds - the room description is misleading here. There's no wardrobe and only one small place for hanging coats and shirts. There's no coffee maker or kettle in the room, which means that there are no water glasses or coffee mugs in the room - this was a surprise since such basic necessities seem to be a standard in three star hotels. Thus, one can buy drinks at the reception but needs to pack basic glassware to enjoy them in another way than just straight from the bottle.

It's in a sketchy area of Rome, but it's literally on top of the metro which takes you anywhere you need so you don't need to worry too much. The air con is great and the staff are very helpful. You can buy essentials at the front desk, too.

Nothing really... Just the locations but for the price thays expected!

the area is quiet, the location is perfect to go to the city by metro, only 15 min to the centre, big supermarkets are just 1 minute from the hotel. The hall has a microwave, a mini shop, a vending machine. The personnel was friendly and helpful

the breakfast is very simple, lots of carbs, no vegetables or fruit, for breakfast there was only one type of omlette, sausages and ham every day. The rooms don't have teapots or cutlery, no tables or closets in the rooms, for coffee or tea you need to use the vending machine, coffee was only available at breakfast time, so for breakfast you can only use the breakfast option within the hotel or go to the city. Rooms were very small

1.Room and bed were very comfortable and clean 2. hotel location was fantastic for metro. 3. Hotel receptionist was lovely and spoke great English

Really great room. Comfortable bed, full bathroom with hot water. About fifty feet away from the train station if you’re willing to take it near the end. Really helpful fantastic staff, even helped us file a police report for a missing passport. Highly recommend this location.

Excelent location to visit Rome. Metro station at 1 min walking distance. Everything looks brand new, big room, big bathroom, confortable beds, excelent AC. There's also a underground paid parking place available for guests.

room was clean, staff was really nice and helpful. the area is not very interesting but it is super close to the subway so convenient to go visit the city.

The hotel Is new and the rooms are bright and comfortable. The personnel is very friendly and helpful. The cake I had for breakfast was delicious. I will definitely come back!

Next to the metro station which I like the most. Breakfast was good and they had provided oven n hot water to the customers which makes life easy
