Our host was the best host we've had so far. He took us through the apartment explained everything. He even came back to help us obtain access to wifi, as we were encountering difficulty doing so. The space was very generous, and it was great to have a ground floor unit. Tram to Rome Termini was a 5 min walk away. Overall fantastic value for money

The only real downside was the carpark operator adjacent to our unit could often be heard shouting at people.

Everything was cool, hosts are kind and friendly. Good cafes and local shops are near by.

It is was noisy in the building (neighbors above, behind the entrance door) and on the street. Walls in the building are really thin and windows are old (just wood and glass, no sealing). Literally, you hear everything what is going on outside like there is no walls: cars, talks etc. Fortunately, we were too tired to be concerned by this =)

Great location! Loved the layout and space. Perfect for our family of 4 - our 2 kids are adult men.

The master bed was extremely uncomfortable. It felt like we were sleeping on the box spring, not a mattress. Some things were surprisingly not cleaned, while most everything else was very clean.

Very clean amenities and had absolutely everything one needs. Spacious rooms and not close to each other for privacy. Nice kitchen so we could prepare and eat breakfast on site.

Sometimes there one could hear people talking outside till late. And property is beside the buildings garage so that too one can hear throughout the night cars leaving the garage.

Great host. Much needed air conditioning. Easily able to access downtown using scooters or the train in 20-30 mins

The only thing the place is missing are some cups and mugs - it had everything else we needed!

Lovely apartment to stay in, everything was clean and had lovely fresh towels to use. We had the apartments to ourselves so great to have privacy and full use of the small kitchen when we needed it for tea etc

The only thing was the location, you can get into the city using public transport however it mostly took one hour each time. A taxi was also €30 one way.

everything about my stay was great: the cleanliness of the apartment, the rooms, the location. Mrs. Raffaella was also kind. Everything went very well. I recommend it and I want to stay more often.

It is a pity that the arrival at the accommodation is in a short period of time after the meeting. Then everything is already charged.

Very nice apartment. There was everything for comfort, even something we did not expect. Beautiful, clean, cozy. Nice owner. Good location, there is a cafe opposite, a supermarket with groceries nearby, a bus stop 6 minutes from the house.

Its a beautiful property and with all the amenities. It is a apartment with two beautiful bedroom and a dining room. It is really clean property. The location of the apartment is good but it is bit far from tourist spots and termini (main railway station of rome). The connectivity of the place is good with all the spots. I really recommend this property for stay. Owner is really helpful.
