The location was excellent, right in the middle of everything. We had the Metro near hotel to access anywhere we wanted to go. We had fabulous places to eat at our doorstep and within walking distance of my son's house who resides in Italy now with his family. This came in very handy for us as the temperature soared..The staff at the hotel were friendly and courteous at all times. We really enjoyed our stay there and would gladly stay there again.

It's something very small to be honest, but we would have liked cups with better handles to hold hot beverages. We found the cups awkward to hold and they carried a risk of spilling hot tea/coffee all over you if you weren't careful.

They clean your room everyday, just leave the keys at the reception. They also leave fresh towels for you every day. There's a mini fridge in the room, you can buy drinks and keep them cool. The surrounding area is full of shops and bars. There's a pharmacy and McD nearby which is open 24 hours a day, there's an ATM just around the corner, all the people speak english, there's also a nice laundromat nearby. Metro C station is just a min. Away. The pressure in the shower is amazing. The night manager is G.O.A.T, This is the best place to stay in Rome on a budget. The bed is very comfy, and the AC works very well. The cleaning lady is too nice and very polite. We stayed here for 8 days and we loved everything.

The room was clean, everything worked well, and the staff was friendly. What I liked the most is that it's very close to the metro station, which made it super easy to move around Rome. The area also felt safe and had shops and restaurants nearby. Nothing to complain about — I’d stay here again for sure.

The only thing I didn’t love was the bed — the mattress was very soft and sank in quite a bit, which made it a bit uncomfortable for me.

I liked the fact that i could arrive at late hours , that i could make check in at 3:30 in the morning. That the receptionist helped us with chat thought phone and whatsapp, that he was very kind, that the place was very clean, smelled like a clean and fresh room, clean sheets, very good mattress, and pillow ,air conditioner, large bathroom, also i liked the fact that each towel and bed change came separately wrapped

I didn't like the fact that i could not close the window ,due a deffect and that with 10 minutes before the check out hour ,we received the “get out of the room, call” . I think that they can accept to check out with 10-15 minutes late without taking the money for extra time.

Kind and helpful reception, they even arranged a 4.00 am taxi within minutes (we have informed before of the request). Location is good, really close to MetroC line which is really convinient (you can buy at the metro machine a 1.5€ tricket that lasts 100min on almost all transportation means) and there is a McDonald's just on the other side of the street. Small room (104) but cozy and comfy, enough for sleeping. There are bigger rooms.

Noizy area during night, our room faced the street so some noise pass-through the windows which can be annoying for a light-sleep person. Bathroom (104 room) is functional but needs a renovation. Daily cleaning should improve.

Great location, just opposite to the mirti metro station. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We got a room with the balcony facing the mirti piazza. Loved spending time in the balcony.

The rooms seemed to be a little costlier compared to other hotels we booked in our trip to Italy (but again Rome is costlier comparatively than most other parts of Italy). Also we had to pay the tourist tax in cash, would have liked it more if we could pay with our card.

We stayed at the hotel for three nights and we just enjoyed our time there! The district is so lively, with an excellent infrastructure. I would recommend to have the tastiest ever pizza at the local pizza shop Mamma Pizza. It was a really fantastic experience! Also, we loved the local cafeteria for delicious breakfasts; such a terrific staff and coffee and sweets! Nearby, there was a store with everything essential and lots of various shops around. As for the hotel, it is so cozy! I especially liked the window to the inner courtyard, so quiet and cool. The staff were very helpful, friendly and polite. Thank you!

Newly refurbished hotel so it's clean and mostly new, literally In front of the metro station which made it easy to reach the centre, the metro it's pretty straightforward, easy and cheap to move around even if it's not that close which for us wasn't a problem as we enjoyed the quieter suburb after walking all day in streets flooded with people. It's a decent hotel

Thin walls, can hear all the rooms around which If you have loud people in the rooms next to you, as we did, can be a bit annoying but overall it's ok.

Very good location of the hotel! On the one hand, the hotel is within walking distance (5 minutes walk) to the metro station, on the other hand, it is located on a quiet street without heavy traffic. Therefore, the rooms are quiet, calm and comfortable day and night. Qualified and polite hotel staff, all our questions were resolved quickly, including taxy booking . Mirti Square itself is small, but on the surrounding streets there are a large number of cafes, restaurants, pizzerias (MAMAPIZZA is especially good, tasty, high quality, inexpensive)

Really close to the metro station that takes you to all the main sights in 25-35 mins. Clean basic rooms with tv, air conditioning, small fridge, clean bathroom. Nothing fancy but everything you need if you are traveling on budget and won’t be spending too much time at the hotel. A lot of restaurants, bakeries, groceries around the block as well. Really welcoming and nice staff.

Nothing to be pointed out. Good service. Maybe only thin walls that don’t isolate sound that well.
