The biggest advantage was the breakfast. A wide selection of different options for sweet and savory. Good, ground coffee :) The standard of the interior and room was good. For us, however, not 4 stars but a very decent 3. The location was not a problem for us, but you have to take into account that the travel time to the center is about 40 minutes. On the other hand, a reasonable distance from the Ciampino airport if that's what you use. The area around the hotel and the route to the Alessandrino metro station are very quiet.

One thing that surprised me a bit was the lack of bath liquid in the form of a normal dispenser in the shower. I guess I've recently gotten used to the fact that this is a standard in better hotels :)

The accommodation was really nice and cozy. The beds were comfortable, rooms were pretty small but more than enough for tourists who spend all day on sightseeing. The breakfast was really good and tasty with a lot of options to choose from. 24h reception desk always ready to help. There are a few convenience stores (one really close) in the area, and a restaurant (seperate from the one in the hotel) in a walking proximity. Alessandrino Metro Station is a walking distance away and it made communicating around the city very easy. The rooms are cleaned daily with possibility to replace the towels. Rooms have working A/C.

Scrambled eggs on breakfasts was mostly cold (or we were unlucky enough to eat it before replacement). The TV in the rooms was working fine, however it only had Italian channels (and no smart TV to log in to own Netflix/Youtube). But with plenty of other breakfast options and the fact that we mostly slept in the rooms, those were minor inconveniences.

Location was good - 8 minutes walk to the nearest subway station so you may get very quickly to the city center. Staff was very helpful and nice - we met the receptionist on the subway station and he even helped us to get to the proper train :) Breakfest was very nice and tasty, with a lot of sweet options (very nice cakes!). Free parking space available for guests. Big supermarket next to the hotel.

Bathrooms are a bit uncomfortable, not ergonomic, no place to put the towels after you use them. Room is quite small, but if you spend most time on sightseeing, it is not big issue. Matress was too soft for me, but it is the question of preferences.

Near to Allesandria metro station 10 minutes walk from hotel . Hotel is in a residential area but very quiet and peaceful. Easy access to public transport. Room was good size and clean . Reception staff is very polite and helpful . Breakfast is good and yummy but it can be improved by introducing some more variety . Overall , memorable stay at this hotel .

No slippers No USB ports in the room Employees in breakfast room were slow and did not pay attention to our needs. There was no big caps and we had to ask 3 times for it. Seemed that ladies who worked in the breakfast could not care less.. Very far away from tourist attractions but it was expected when we checked the location of this hotel

The staff is helpful and always ready to help you. The custard croissants were extremely good at breakfast.

The room has a very “formal” vibe to it and the bathroom needs a thorough cleaning and a bit of care. Even it’s a buffet type of breakfast there’s not a lot of options. For those with a sweet tooth tho it’s a different story. The Wi-Fi connection is not very stable and the phone kept disconnecting or otherwise taking a long time to surf the web.

Staff was wonderful and hotel itself was nice.

Breakfast could have more warm options or fresh options (for example tomatoes, cucumber etc). Also cleaner started cleaning early in the morning (8am) - I wanted to sleep.

Very nice place, perfect for what we wanted, a nice comfortable bed, in a nice quiet area, with easy transport to the centre of Rome, although it was quite a journey, over an hour and half with public transport.

Quiet area with convenient, near by, access to metro and breakfast had a verity of item to chose from. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Stuff is amazing. Rumesh made us feel like at home. Bed is comfortable, there is more than enough space in room.

Location is a far away from the centre. You need 15 minutes walk to the metro station then additional 45 minutes to the city centre. Isolation doesnt exist. You hear every steps, every noise. Breakfast could be a bit better. Not a lot of choise.
